Be aware of the MGM journalism business.
Placements: So student intake is 60+, but my class has only 13–14 students. ABP, Majha, and a few other Marathi channels come for recruitment. Whoever is studying at MGM, I suggest getting a Masters from a good college and then applying for a job because this course will not make you job-ready.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the only good thing college has. Classrooms are also good. There is a sports department in the college, but teachers don't seem to be promoting sports in the college. There's a common canteen which is fine  The media room is also well equipped.
Faculty: 1. There are 4-5 teachers who always seem busy doing administrative work and admission counseling. Classes are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but I have never seen a day where this happens. Most lectures, mostly 2-3 lectures, happen with no timing. 2. The course and the syllabus are way older than the industry, and it's all YouTube material summarized in a PPT. 3. The syllabus does not end before exams, so they send the syllabus Over WhatsApp before exams. Very pathetic experience of learning 4. There is no training as a journalist; they only give material. To study and pass the exams, students have to face a lot of difficulty in their practical jobs. 5. Teachers are not open to criticism for improvement; they always blame circumstances. Whoever wanted to try this college Don't submit your documents and feelings at first. Join it for a trial lecture for at least 15 days and spend time there, meet senior citizens, and ask them questions.
Other: The crowd is mostly Marathi-speaking and from a very rural area because the college has targeted rural students with their advertisement trap. Most faculty are also Marathi speakers, so they have no English culture and will not be able to help you build confidence in any area of life. Even the principal can't speak English. And the principal will only meet you if you fail to pay your Exams are delayed. Every time a student wants to leave in the first year, they also delay results, but I went against them and went out of this college. By the end of the year, the principal will come and convince the students not to leave college, and they will improve, but as other colleges end their admissions, they won't look at you. Be aware.

Overall, the college is good, and the teachers are understanding and motivating.
Placements: Most of the people got placed in college. The packages depend on the person's caliber. Several companies came here. People rarely get internships from college. The placements are good. I couldn't get placed.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good, and the labs and library are good. Canteen food is good enough. I don't know much because I do not eat outside food, but once or twice, I had lunch in canteen, and it was okay. There is so much crowd sometimes. I think the college should have at least 3 canteens so that everyone can enjoy food.
Faculty: The teachers are always helpful. They are good sometimes. Semester exams are difficult, and I don't have any guilt about my exams. But in my 4th semester, my teacher taught me half of a book, and in exams, we didn't get a single question from the part ma'am taught. It was really heartbreaking for me because I had studied so much and got low grades in the semester.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. We don't have practical classes.

College with best faculty members and an average infrastructure.
Placements: Many students have been offered with internships. I think there could be better places where college can provide us with Internships. Like some good news channels and portals so it will be very helpful for students to attempt and learn more and could provide better career.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities with library and computer labs and more technical things to deal with. There is canteen and mess system available at our university. MGM hosts Olympics every year to promote games and sports and compete amongst the department.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. All the faculty members are well experienced in the field to provide the best knowledge to all the students. The course curriculum is relevant but includes Repetitive things. I hope more practical skills are hampered in this course.
