It is the best college for graduation.
Placements: As SRM intakes a huge number of students, it still able to provide good placements. Around 85% of the students get placed from here. TCS, Wipro, Royal Enfield, Maruti, Byju's, Abbott, Nestle, etc., and many other great companies visit our campus for placements. Every student gets an internship. Quality analysis, maintenance, etc., are the roles offered here.
Infrastructure: This campus has built over a humongous area of around 250-300 acres. The infrastructure is the best, and our college contains all the facilities which students ever expected. Hostels are also good, and the campus is enabled with 24 hours Wi-Fi facility. Rooms have enough space, and there are shuttle services to commute on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are really good, knowledgeable and approachable as well. Their quality of teaching is also very much advanced and better. They are happy to help you in clearing your doubts at any time you approach. The course curriculum is very much aligned with the requirements of the industry. It also makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because I want to pursue pharmacy. I wish that our college should provide some more practical classes in our course, which will be helpful. Our college organises enough events and organises sports to showcase your hidden talent here.

The placements and infrastructure are good.
Placements: The college provides good placements. The highest package offered to the students ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Different companies visit the campus to offer placements. 50% of the students in the previous batch were placed well with the highest package of 9 Lacs per annum. All the nearby good companies visit our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi facility is provided in each classroom. Labs are very good. All the sports and games are conducted in the college. The library is too good with a great collection of books, so the students don't need to buy books, they can issue the books from the library.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are too good and knowledgeable. All the staff in our college are highly qualified. Their teaching quality is good. All the teachers provide the notes. They will repeat the concepts without any hesitation if students have any doubt. Students can give feedback about all the teachers so that they can improve themselves.
Other: Different types of events are conducted in the college. Students who are interested in these activities can enjoy greatly.

SRMIST review by a fresher.
Placements: Placements are good but are exclusive and their percentage is very low, not at all as mentioned on their website. Otherwise, there are edrwam packages but very few and mostly CSE students here are placed. Other branch placements are very scarce but overall placements are good compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Most infrastructure is good but most of it is too crowded. The ACs are not very effective but the infrastructure is maintained and good. It does feel a bit outdated, but mostly it's nice and spacious. The lifts are scarce with long waiting times but it gets the job done.
Faculty: Faculty is not nice at all. They are very rude and are not cooperative at all. Either they are in a bad mood or they don't know how to teach but they don't explain properly and skip the hard parts of the topic. But they share the study material and all before exams, which is helpful.
Other: There are plenty of events and workshops on campus but the sad part is that most of the valuable workshops are paid and quite expensive for a college-going student. They organize fests and all quite frequently.

Placements: 64 students out of 80 in a batch got placed. 11 students are placed in Abbott, 2 students in Nestle, 2 students in GSK, 2 students in Eli Lilly, 15 students in Eris Pharma and 30 students in Domex. The highest package was offered by Eli Lilly of around 6 Lacs CTC, and the average was 3.4 Lacs CTC. All the companies offered jobs in the marketing field whereas Domex offered medical writing.
Infrastructure: The academic block is a 4-storeyed building equipped with a lift facility. Wi-Fi facility is also available. Fire control is available. Well-maintained laboratories are available. The office and library are present from the ground floor to 3rd-floor. Classrooms are present on the 4th floor. The building is located on the main campus, and separate parking space is provided for pharmacy students. SRM hospital is at a distance of less than a kilometre.
Faculty: The courses offered by the college are B. Pharma, Pharma.D, M.Pharma in all the streams. PhD and postdoc are also available. The college has its own research laboratory. All the faculty members are highly skilled and educated. They are friendly with students. All the departments have a good number of staff members. Dean of the college is very supportive.
Other: The college can be easily reached by train or bus. One has to go to Potheri station to reach the college by train, and one has to go to Valliamai bus stop or Potheri bus stop to reach the college by bus. The college is at a walkable distance from the station.

I am satisfied with the college and very happy to study here.
Placements: The placement process is a very important process in the college. SRM being one of the biggest institutions in Chennai provides the best placement for students who perform well in that theory and practicals. Especially, SRM College of Pharmacy is well-connected with industries like Wipro Apollo, etc. My seniors have already got placed in industries with the intern package. SRM does provide placement for students who truly deserve it. Students are selected on the basis of the knowledge. Around 80% of the students got placed each year which is a very cool thing to note.
Infrastructure: According to my experience in SRM Institute is the best. I am happy with the infrastructure of this college. Wi-Fi is available 24*7. There is a good playground with a huge area. Classrooms are available with the digital setup. The labs are simply awesome and filled with all those equipment someone has barely seen ever. The canteen in a whole is wonderful. The famous checkpoint in SRM is Java, it was filled with a bunch of shops and food is really spicy. Labs are fully equipped. From my experience, SRM provides a good infrastructure.
Faculty: Coming to the point of studies, SRM is equally very good with teaching faculty. Teachers are very free to students related to studies. Teaching faculty is selected on the basis of their knowledge except for few exceptions. The course curriculum is yet another important topic to discuss on. In my point of view, I am well-satisfied with the course curriculum, and it depends on students. The quality of teaching is good and I am satisfied with my teachers.
Other: SRM not only good in studies and placement but also organises events too. First, let's discuss campus surroundings, the college is located in a village called Potheri, and it has fresh air. Depending on their budget and capabilities, other colleges provide their onset programs but the most important and the happiest moments celebrated in SRM are events including Aarush, Milan, and Panacea. These events are very cool. Aarush is an event of 5 to 6 days which includes shops games and many more. During this events, many movie stars and YouTube stars visit SRM Institute of College. Then comes Milan, especially, I love Milan because I love DJ and it is filled with DJ Nights. This Milan DJ Nucleya has visited SRM which was a bang to the show. SRM provides every enjoyment you need during your college life. Student teams also set up for competition in dance, singing, fashion and many more. I am happy here and hope everyone will like it too.
