Overall, my experience with the college was excellent.
Placements: In our B.Com course, the placement cell is conducted after the conclusion of final exams. The average package offered in our college was Rs. 4,00,000. Various top companies took part in the placement cell conducted by the college. The process was conducted smoothly.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college were of top quality. It has a botany garden, a playground, a basketball court, a library, a gymkhana, and various other facilities. The amenities were of top quality with no chance of complaint. Overall, the experience in college was excellent.
Faculty: The teachers in our college were highly qualified with great teaching experience, which added a lot to the students' knowledge and helped a lot. Usually, there are six semester exams conducted over a period of three years, consisting of six subjects each year.
Other: My inclination towards numbers brought me toward this course. It has various subjects such as costing, accounts, financial management, and law, which help us in real-life situations.

Not good in giving placements, but a college worth getting knowledge.
Placements: In the SYBCOM Batch 2024-2025, there are currently about 600 students studying B.Com at the college. Our college does not provide placements to students, so it is the responsibility of the student to find a job after completing the course. No placement is offered.
Infrastructure: Basic facilities like classrooms, washrooms, and a common room for girls are provided in the course. The boys' hostel is close to the college, but due to some reason, hostel facilities are not available on campus. Speaking about the canteen, the food is good and reasonably priced. A library and reading hall are available to the students, and a playground is provided for sports.
Faculty: The faculty is well-qualified and friendly in nature. Teachers and professors help students with doubts and problems. The curriculum of the course is also relevant. There are two semesters every year, and the passing percentage is about 70 percent. Exams are not that difficult to crack.
Other: Various intra-college events are held by different departments in the college. Also, extracurricular activities like NSS and NCC are present in the college. I chose this course because I am also pursuing a professional course along with B.Com. More practical knowledge should be given than book knowledge in the course.

Absolutely satisfied with education, faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: We have 4 divisions for the B.Com. course and each division has around 120 students. Our college doesn't provide for the placement. Students got internships as they were pursuing some other courses like CA, CMA and CS. Accounting executive and tax consultant are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top-notch. Spacious classrooms, a big library, and 2 auditorium halls are available in the college. Each floor of the building is occupied with a washroom. Currently, hostel facilities are not available. The food available is good and sports are also conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are very approachable, highly qualified and have years of experience. Teaching quality is good. It has strong relevance. It covers the areas of business, accounting, and marketing. It makes students job-ready. Examinations are not that tough and the passing rate is 40%.
Other: I chose to pursue a B.Com. degree because it is versatile and practice-oriented. B.Com offers a wide range of business courses, such as accounting, finance, and marketing, that help you in the practical world. The best thing about the course is that you can do professional courses like CA, CMA, and CS with it. I think there is a lack of specialisation in the course. It lacks depth. Various events are organised by the college from time to time, such as guest lectures from the leading company members. D. G. Ruparel is known for its festival. Every department has its own festival. For example, the Economic Department has its own festival, Artha Utsav. The campus has a moderate crowd as our college has three departments: arts, Commerce and science. Ruparel is known for its campus life. The campus is covered with trees and natural vegetation. college has various species of plants. And this makes the atmosphere fresh. The college is situated in the centre of the city. Matunga road, Matunga and Dadar are the nearest railway station. Colleges do provide scholarships and freeships for students from backward classes. It also offers various courses and programs for the upskilling of students.

Good college with great infrastructure and campus.
Placements: I don't know exactly about placements because I didn't participate and was busy during that period, but as far as I know few people were recruited. By speaking to them I got to know that they had good experience and the companies I remember was icici, oracle, etc. Package was around 1.5-2 lacs which is normal for B.Com students.
Infrastructure: D G. Ruparel College is a very well known as well as reputed college so is the infrastructure of college. Its good and the campus is very large. BMS students get AC classrooms and others have non-AC. Talking about food there is canteen itself in the campus which provides good quality of food. Some items taste very good while some are okay. But overall great infrastructure and canteen.
Faculty: The teachers are good and very well qualified and have a good teaching qualities. They teach very well and are understandable. Talking about curriculum yes its relevant and has great impact on students if studied properly. It will not wholly make students industry ready as actual experience can be gained when you enter that phase but yes it helps a bit in that process. Also the exams are not that difficult. Again if we study everything seems easy and if we not everything feels tough. So on overall basis exams are not that difficult but also not too easy.
Other: I have done B.Com from DG Ruparel College and I choose it because It seemed very good and was easy to do if you studying along any other external course. B.Com is good course and I don't think it needs any improvement. Anyone who wants to pursue something side by can choose this course as it helps to give time to other things. Talking about events, fests, campus, crowd, etc. Its very good, cheerful and amazing which will give you a great experience.

The Best One is here for you.
Placements: The college does offer placement for eligible ones at great job places! Good academic performance is necessary for the same. Do take admission in this college for a better academic performances. Best for the students who are really interested in career growth.
Infrastructure: Every department is very particular about their roles! Provides many sports opportunities. No doubt, best college for events! Various events vo different types take place such as music events traditional day celebration, dance, speech competition.
Faculty: Teachers are too cooperative and helpful everytime we need. Exams difficulty level is quite high. Pass percentage is almost 100. Do take admission in the college for better academic and future life. This is one of the most recommended college by me.

Really good infrastructure and facilities, but can work on placements.
Placements: About 50% of the students were placed. The average package offered was about 15,000 to 20,000. Many advertising companies were there for college placements. 50% of the students got internships. Advertising intern was the top role offered in B.Com.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good. The college is surrounded by trees. There is positivity in the air and It helps to study the food in the canteen. The facility is not available at the moment. The computer lab is also good, and the library is really good. One can study without any disturbance there.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and are good at teaching. The course itself does not make the students industry-ready. One should also do other courses, such as Tally, MS Excel, etc., to get themselves industrial-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult; one can easily pass the exam.
Other: I chose the B.Com. course because I wanted to keep my options open. The best thing about my course is that it helps me to focus on other things. Also, the things I wish would improve. My course is that they should make the students industrial-ready. There are many events and fests happening at the college, and a lot of extracurricular activities are also happening. You can learn a lot from these activities.
