DY Patil School of Law offers courses at UG and PG levels in the Law field. The school under DY Patil University Navi Mumbai offers BA LLB, BCom LLB and LLB courses. Candidates are selected for admission based on their merit in the qualifying exam or MHCET Law scores. The basic eligibility for UG courses is Class 12 wheres, graduation is required for PG programmes.

Aspirants are entitled to a window period of 30 days in which full refund is applicable on cancellation. An amount of INR 2,000 get deducted on account of admin charges. Students who secure provisional admission in UG programme before the declaration of Class 12 results, their window period commences from the date of declaration of Class 12 result of their respective board. 

For students who secure admission after the declaration of class 12 result, their window period commences from the date of depositing the tuition fees.

Yes, DY Patil School of Law offers a five-year BCom LLB course at the UG level. The course is spread across 10 semesters. Aspirants who have completed SSC and HSC with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for BCom LLB. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category can apply with a minimum of 40% aggregate in Class 12.
