Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026
2.4

It is a good college but quite costly.
Placements: In case of placements, about 30 percent of students get placed every year, and the average package is around 2 Lacs per annum to 2.5 Lacs per annum. In the case of internships, the same 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. Since I am not a pass-out student yet, I don't know much about the companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are well-provided, with separate buildings for Diploma, degree, and Masters students. The classrooms are well-furnished with tables, and we have a separate library section. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi, though the canteen is closed most of the time.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is highly qualified. They all have expertise in their respective fields and are very helpful, but they are also very strict at times. The faculty have commendable knowledge. This course does not fully prepare students for the industry; internships are necessary for that.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to research the implementation of medicine.

My thoughts about my college .
Placements: The highest package is 6 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 3 Lacs per annum. Many companies come to recruit students from our college. All the students are required to do internship before passing out. The top roles offered were drug inspector, pharmacist, and marketing representative .
Infrastructure: Water cooler, parking, library, Wi-Fi, study rooms and all medical facilities are available for students. Our college also has a canteen. Hostel facilities are not available. The teachers are very helpful and very nice in nature. There are multiple programs and tours organized for the students.
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are helpful and are well-educated. Most of them are Ph.D. holders in their subject. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. There are 2 sessional exams conducted before the semester ends. The exams are difficult to pass but the teachers gives proper guidance, which help the students, get a fair idea of the exam and how to write and get good marks.
Other: It's interesting and it provides knowledge about medical field and medicine.

Satisfied with the college.
Placements: More than 50% students have been placed in various institutes and industries. Rest went for further education. The institute makes every student's placement sure or looks for their further education. For internships, students go to many institutes.
Infrastructure: Infra is very good. We have many labs for every subject. Library has various books. The institute has two courses, i.e. Diploma and degree. There is no hostel for students. Classrooms are very clean and big and have enough space.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful qualified and knowledgeable. They are curious about the unknown things in pharmacy. But they are quite helpful for placements. Their research work is very helpful for students. Various functions occur in a year.

Placements: Our college offers a wide range of placements. It has a separate placement cell where it makes students ready for job interviews and make them industry-ready. The top most connection of the college are DRDO and Sun Pharma. Many students have joined big MNCs such as Lupin, Cipla Bdo pharma, and much more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is authentic and situated on the outskirts of the city. It is just 5 to 7 km from the bus stop. The building is recently renovated with Wi-Fi-enabled labs. Animal room and air-conditioned classroom, and lift. The library has over 9000 books to refer with computerised system to find and look articles.
Faculty: When you are at Dadasaheb Balpande College, there is no need to worry about faculty. Faculty members are amazing and help you in every aspect, in every life aspect. The practical knowledge gained at this college cannot be gained in another college.
