Placements: There are very few placements I really like going to the college; they can improve by putting air conditioners in. I have not seen any placements in this college till now I don't know about Punjab University since our college comes under Punjab University.
Placements: There are approximately 40 students in every section of B.Com., and there are 4 sections of B.Com. in the college. The college has several internship opportunities and facilities—not very many, but yes. The companies that come in the college are very well known and provide good opportunities.
Placements: There is no information about the highest or the lowest packages offered but there is a placements cell present in our college. My seniors have got internships too. The top companies visiting the college include Google.
Placements: I am a student of DAV College, Chandigarh, and our college provides placement facilities to students who qualify and meet the criteria for getting placements. There is a placement cell as well. Not everyone gets placed, but students do secure placements. The placement package varies from low to high and can go up to 5 LPA, helping students secure jobs in big companies.
Placements: D.A.V. College does have a placement cell but there are limited placements and a very low annual salary. There are no internships provided; you yourself have to find one. Well, there are companies like Bajaj, Asian Paints, and Godrej that come in for placement drives, but they provide placement to only one or two students who have extraordinary academics.
Placements: the placement in my college is not very good but the students with 8 above cgpa are take serious for the placement overall the placement are average in the college top offered cources are B.com, BCA, MBA, BBA. the highest package offered in courses are 8LACK.
Placements: 70% of the students were placed; the highest package was INR 8 lacs, and the minimum package was INR 5 lacs. HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Accenture, and Kotak Mahindra were recruiting; almost every student got an internship in companies like The Times of India and Hindustan Times, and their roles were team leadership, accounting, and digital marketing.
Placements: Placement cell of dav college is not one of the best you can expect but it is okay. Various good company came to college to give placements to give jobs to the students but it needs a lot of improvement. Basic packages are offered that are about 3 to 5 Lacs.
Placements: Placements are superb; we never expected that much amount of package in this college. Placements are increasing day-by-day. About 85% students are in this academic year and each student is maintaining at least two offers before completion of their studying. Average package is 6 lacs.
Placements: I actually don't know much about the placements which are offered by our college. However, this review is upon the review received from the other students. The students don't hold much reputation of the college with regard to the placements. In the end, it all depends upon the efforts of the students.
Placements: Every different IT companies come to our college for placements. Interested students can come for interviews and very less gets selected. Jobs offered can be of different types like a designer, accountant, digital marketing based, analyst, etc. Starting salary is around Rs.15000 per month.
Placements: The placement cell is continuously trying to get good companies but the placement is still average. For freshers, it is good to start your career if you do not find any opportunities elsewhere. In courses related to computer sciences or MBA, the placements are better as compared to other courses.
Placements: There is no placement cell or placement facilities from our college. The placement cell is weak and isn't active since a very long time. A senior said that she got placed, but the salary offered was really low and not at all related to the field of study. Overall, there are no placement/internship opportunities.
Placements: The placements are average, to be really honest. This college doesn't provide technical courses, so the placements are zero. No one gets admission here because of placements. But Chandigarh is a very big city, and you can get a variety of options here if you are an intelligent person.
Placements: Placements at this college were quite average. I had also participated in a campus placement drive. The companies were offered irrelevant jobs to our course. They offered BPO jobs to commerce graduates. Companies that participated in drives were Tech Mahindra, Reliance, etc. None of my friends got placed in campus placements.
Placements: Placements for economics are quite good. Some students were even placed with a handsome salary. Students were majorly given the role of an analyst. Reputed companies like Quality Council of India and American Express recruited the students of our batch.
Placements: Placements in our college depend on students. Many companies visit the campus every year for the recruitment process. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Airtel, Byjus, Amazon, etc., are offered to the students. The fact is that students are not aware or are not willing to sit in the placement round because many students are preparing for their masters. If you want to get a job, then it provides the best opportunity. An internship is not provided here. You can find an internship on your own.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any on campus placements to students but the college has placement cell which provides regular updates on the opening of the jobs in the tricity. The students need to apply for the vacancy in the company by their own and for the internships.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed. The rest of the students were not interested in placements. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Most of the students were not interested in internships, and there is no such initiative by the college as well.
