It is the best college for girls.

Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in our college in top companies located in Delhi, Chandigarh, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Coronis in Mohali, Genpact in Delhi, etc. Top roles offered are frontend data operator, backend data operator, and data entry operator.

It is a good college because the activities organised by the college and the faculty is cooperative.

Placements: I got selected in a campus interview, but companies visited for the interview were not up to my field, which I have chosen almost all the students in our class went for the interview. The salaries offered were not much as the highest salary offered was only Rs. 18,000 per month.

My experience in the college is good.

Placements: Placements in our college were good compared to other colleges in the city except MLN college. Companies like IBM (Concentrix), Genpact, Delloite and her reputed MNCs do visit the campus for placement drives and hire the students in bulk. The package offered is around 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA. These details are of the commerce department only.

DAV helped me in enhancing my skills, and I gained a lot from the college.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Approximately, 50% of the students were placed. The salary package offered was good. The security offered was also good. Companies like Genpact, Zomato, Wipro, IBM, etc., visited our college to conduct placement drives. A placement cell is available in our college which was really helpful and useful for us.

Good college for girls who cannot pay a huge amount of fees and needs a reputable degree.

Placements: DAV college for girls is good in placements in comparison to the fees they charge. They invite companies like Genpact, Accenture. The college takes the students to off-campus placements as well. On an average 70 to 80percent students gets placed through the college.

A good college and decent infrastructure.

Placements: Placement opportunities are very less for the students. Few companies visit the college campus for recruitment like Wipro, Concentrics, etc. No internship is provided and the same is not necessary also. Some other courses require an internship to be done and the stipend depends upon the targets.

D.A.V. is the best option for you. Faulty, infrastructure, campus, placements etc. all are awesome there. Only what you have to do is just go and study. No intervention of any boy is there and not even outside the campus near gate as police van is always there. Feel free to go n enjoy your college life.

I don't suggest this college for placements.

Placements: Placements in DAV are not good. Only BPOs come for commerce students, but for technical and non-technical departments, good companies offer placements. You have to compete with a huge crowd for this. Compared to technical and non-technical departments, the placement ratio of commerce department is low. M.Com students are recruited as faculty in our college.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I do not have knowledge about the placements. I do not about the salary offered to the students. Companies do not visit the college for placements. After completing the graduation and PG, students get internships and better placements.

Dav college for girls is a lovely place to grow.

Placements: Placements opportunities are very good. I personally got placed in 16 companies. It depends on you that how initiative you are, the college gives a lot of chances to you to get placed, and my maximum package is 23000 per month from bharti axia bank, just after doing graduation, so by this you can think about the placements structure, you don't have to worry the placements, special classes have also been provided to final year students, so that they can burst out in a better way. Well every year ...
