It is a very good college compared to other average colleges.

Placements: Students get good placement opportunities. EC and CS departments have very good placements, whereas the civil and mechanical placements are not that good. As I'm in the first year, I don't have a vast idea about placements. But tech companies usually offer placements with the median salary package of 4-5 LPA.

There are very good and knowledgeable faculty members. The infrastructure is good.

Placements: There are no campus placements in our institute. They inform students where the placements drives are conducted. The main problem is that the main campus at Kumarswamy Layout conducts campus placements, but here there are no campus placements. Moreover, they do not give preference to our institute. However, our institute sends us to campus drives conducted by other colleges.

It is a good college but not great.

Placements: Placements in college are good enough. You will be get placed in IT companies even though if you are not from an IT background. But core companies are hiring too less from civil engineering when compared to other branches and the same situation of mechanical engineering also.

Review of Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management.

Placements: The placement of our college is one of the best in Karnataka. But you have to meet certain criteria to eligible for placement. Students are offered placement training activities in the 5-6th semester. Students need to score a minimum cumulative grade point of 6 to be eligible for placements.

The college is overall good but can get boring at times.

Placements: There was 100% placement for eligible students. Companies do placements, the average package is about 2.5 lacs PA. The highest is around 8 lacs PA. Companies do visit and maximum placements are bagged by computer Science and information Science department. Tcs hires the maximum students.

Overall, the college is good, but the faculty members are average except for civil and mechanical.

Placements: Placements in the college were good. Most of the students got placed in IT-sector. There are placements for electronics students also, but for civil and mechanical branches, there are fewer placements. However, faculty members of both the branches are the best compared to other branches.

The infrastructure is good, but the management needs a little improvement.

Placements: The placements were average but not satisfactory. They didn't allow many students who are eligible for placements and capable of getting placed. Many good companies didn't visit the college in the last semester, and the core companies never visit.

A place which is true example of "Incredible India". .

Placements: For mechanical there are very less opportunity but someone wants to join IT field then its good. This year placement is down with respect to our senior. Although placement cell is still applying their efforts. Average salary is 3 to 4 Lacs per year. Most of the mass recruiting company used to come.

Overall good college with one of the best infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are good for us and seniors batches also. 90% students who are eligible have been placed. The highest package is 9 Lacs and the lowest is 2.5 Lacs per annum. Majorly IT companies visit our college infact the campus placements are combined with the DAYANANDA SAGAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. IT jobs are offered. College will not provide any internship, but students has to take internship from various companies. Placement cell is working at our college which helps in proper placements.

A good choice for bangaloreans.

Placements: There are a few good companies visiting this college. Almost all the students have eligibility criteria are being placed. It's better than many surrounding colleges in Kanakapura Road. It does't have pool campus which is major advantage for students of this college. Placement activities are usually held in main campus so it's a advantage too.

bad placement and no entertainment like sports and games.

Placements: Placements are good for CS people but there are no placements of core companies for mechanical. Even for civil, there is less placement. The highest package is 12lakh per annum. More than 100 companies comes for placement. There is a placement cell but its not so efficient.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, placements are improving with years.

Placements: A lot of companies come to this college for placements, and 60 to 70% of students get recruited. Salary packages offered are not bad. The minimum package offered is 4 lacs per annum, and the maximum is 7 lacs per annum. The education we get here is good. Internships programmes are held for the 3rd and 4th-year students, and they are useful for those who can use them properly for their growth.

Absolutely satisfied because of the placements.

Placements: Placements are good. Make sure you maintain an aggregate of CGPA above 6. and attend companies which you would prefer for. Companies like accenture, hcl, infosys, tech mahindra and many more companies conduct interviews. While few companies ask for 7 sgpa. ALL THE BEST.

Placements: We were the first batch of our college and our placement took place through our main campus branch DSCE, Bangalore. Apart from that we were few got into Mercedes Ben with a package of 7.25 LPA, Delloite with 6.5lpa. Best infrastructure, worth the money and time.

Placements: The placements were pretty good, but actually, the placement officers don't just go with the normal graduates. They expect the individual to have excelled in at least two specific skill sets and should have done a model or workshop in every semester and should be able to communicate fluently in at least two languages. Overall, the placements are pretty good only if you're a talented one you can grab the opportunity easily. The highest salary offered was Rs. 7.2 lacs per annum and the least offer...

A place where you have to make your own destiny

Placements: Placements for B.Arch students are not available. As you have to look for that on your own. But as far as the placement is considered for other departments, the placement percentage is good as many talented and worthy students have been placed. Many big companies come to recruit.

Don't join DSATM after seeing the giant glass buildings.

Placements: I am in the architecture branch. The architecture department does not get much of placements. We work in a lot of private firms, but as of the engineering stream, the best package one of our college students got was 8 lakhs per annum. The average placements are around 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. One more important thing, not every student gets placed, only 50% get placed.
