Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2026

Our college is not very good.
Placements: In our course, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month. Students don't attend internships. Various companies visit our college to visit our course students. Mostly students get jobs in Chandigarh, Bangalore, and abroad. Around 20% of students got placed in our course.
Infrastructure: Computers of our college are very outdated. There is Wi-Fi in our college, but it is not for students. It is only for teachers. There is no hostel facility in our college. The canteen is not good in our college. The food items are not at reasonable prices.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful. They don't have full knowledge. The teaching quality is also not good. This course curriculum is not relevant. It does not make students ready for the industry. Exams are very difficult. We studied very hard but did not get successful.
Other: Students of our college are not cooperative. They have attitude. Our college fees are very high. It is not good in terms of education.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) - Batch of 2020

Considering all the things I can say that this college is above average.
Placements: I belonged to the 2017-2020 batch of Bachelor of Arts program, which had a large number of students. Several companies also visited our batch for recruitment purposes. Although I am unsure about the exact percentage, a few students were fortunate enough to secure internships and get recruited by these companies.
Infrastructure: The library and classrooms have an average rating. The canteen is satisfactory. The sports facility is decent, although it may not meet the needs of high-level athletes due to the lack of a competent coach and proper training sessions. Additionally, there are inadequate accommodations for them.
Faculty: The teaching staff at my school was exceptional, showing great kindness and support to the students. The teachers were always considerate and helpful, even when there were absences in the class. Additionally, they provided free books to those students who couldn't afford to buy them.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2019

The college provides a good study environment.
Placements: 80% and above students got placed. 15,000, 20,000, 25,000, 30,000, and 35,000 are the salaries offered. In Bachelor of commerce, they didn't provide any internship opportunities. Human resources, finance management, accounting department, product management, sales, roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and library are good. But they didn't provide any Wi-Fi facility. Hostel facilities are good enough, and the quality of food is good and hygienic. They provide medical facilities. They provide NCC and self-defense classes as well.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good, and they provide books to needy students, and I am also one of them who took books from teachers. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are not difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.
Other: Accounts is a very interesting subject, that's why I chose it. The best thing about our course is that all teachers are very supportive. They help students and provide different types of scholarships.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2019
4.6

I had a lot of activities and competitions and teaching faculty was too good.
Placements: About 70-80% was required for admission in the college and there was a proper admission process followed for enrollments. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, ITC, and many more. Students who scored above 70% got internships in MNCs through industrial visits and many more workshops. Accountant and counsellor were the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: All were good and all facilities including labs, grounds, and a proper library which had more than 5000 books were available. Department for commerce, arts, NCC cadets, rest room, and many more facilities were there for students in the college. A proper canteen was also available.
Faculty: We had high-quality and experienced teachers with a lot of experience in their fields like accounts, economics, and business studies. The exams were difficult but good teaching made them easy for students. About 50% was the passing mark that was considered as good. Proper decorum was followed for student reports.
