Based on the reviews and feedback from current students and alumni, here's a summary:

Placement Scenario:
* Placement rates are inconsistent, ranging from 25% to 90%

* Extra-curricular activities, such as festivals and events, are organized frequently
* Sports facilities are available, including a cricket ground and basketball court
* Mess and hostel facilities need improvement
* Ragging is not prevalent

Teaching and Curriculum:

In conclusion, considering these factors, whether pursuing B.E./B.Tech at Delhi College of Technology and Management is "worth it" largely depends on individual goals and priorities. While the college has its strengths, such as good faculty members and decent infrastructure, its weaknesses, including inconsistent placement records and limited industry exposure, must be carefully weighed.

If you're looking for a college with strong industrial ties, hands-on training, and a reliable placement record, this institution might not be the best fit. However, if you're seeking a more traditional educational experience with a focus on core subjects, this college could be suitable.

Ultimately, researching and evaluating each college based on your unique needs and aspirations is crucial to making an informed decision.

A clear look inside DCTM college.
Placements: Approximately 90 percent students are placed every year from my course. The lowest package was 5LPA and the highest package was around 27 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. TCS and Infosys are top recruiting companies. Internship programs are not much focused but still around 40 percent students get internship. We can get a role of software developed.
Infrastructure: There are multiple classrooms for different activities. Many labs like computer lab, Physics lab, workshop, library etc. Hostel and campus is huge. Quality of food is also nice. There are many grounds for sports and games like basketball, football, cricket and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and quite expert in their fields. They are highly qualified and have years of experience. They are also very friendly. Many curriculum activities are conducted for the growth of the students to make them ready for industry. Semester exams are moderate difficult. Around 70 percent students got passed.
Other: I like to work with technology that is why I chose this course. More opportunities for internships will make this experience better. Multiple fests and events are conducted yearly. Many scholarships are available.

Delhi College of Technology and Management is not a good college.
Placements: There's no placement cell in the college. There are no on-campus placements. Students have to go for off-campus opportunities on their own. The scenario for getting an internship is not different. Students have gotten good salary packages anyway. The highest salary package is 6 LPA to 8 LPA and almost 50% of the batch is placed.
Infrastructure: I'm a day scholar. The hostel is quite affordable, but the struggle to get a good meal is an issue. There is no Wi-Fi. Labs are fine. The canteen is inadequate. It is not open regularly. There is a good ground on which students can play volleyball, basketball, or cricket in their spare time.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful at times. Our batch spent their 2 years in COVID-locked down, and the teaching quality was not up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant, but the college fails in making students industry-ready. Most of the students who get off-campus offers have to work really hard and sometimes have to get off-campus private training to achieve the same. Semester exams are not that hard if one studies the syllabus thoroughly. The college is affiliated with JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA. We have witnessed our problems not being addressed by the university at times. The university sometimes fails the students, and when the students appeal for a re-evaluation of the exam by filling in forms, students get the marks they deserve.
Other: I loved technology and hence chose the course. The best thing about the course is the fact that there are plenty of jobs available in the market. The course is quite good. The curriculum is good. It's being provided by the YMCA university. There has not been any event post COVID. There's been weekly STIC activity though to improve the soft skills of students. The place where the campus is located is pathetic. The campus crowd is arguably smaller. There are students who are provided scholarships by the state government.

Review of Delhi College of Technology and Management.
Placements: Around 25 students get placed. The highest salary package is 6 LPA. TCS offers placements with the top roles. Internships are also provided.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, classrooms are quite large, the sports and games are available. The quality of food in mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members and administration.
Placements: Around 10% of the students got placed by the college. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA, and the average salary package is around 1.5 LPA. Some students got placed in companies like Airtel & L&T, etc. Most of the companies come and go empty-handed because the skills required for the job were unsatisfactory.
Infrastructure: Facilities were not so good and the infrastructure was mediocre. There was no Wi-Fi available, and the mess service was available if you're a hostler. The sports ground is available and canteen facilities were also available. The college was situated in a remote area, and you have to walk about 2-3 km the main road to get to the college.
Faculty: Teachers were not knowledgeable except for a few. The college does not make you industry-ready. You have to take online courses or do internships on your own. You cannot depend on the college entirely. Semester exams are average. The college is affiliated with MDU and YMCA.
Other: I chose this course out of my passion. The administration can be better and student-friendly. Events and fest are done annually.

The college is value for money. Faculty and infrastructure are good, but placements are very poor.
Placements: The placement rate of our college is very poor in the last couple of years. If you want to get placed through campus placements, then this college is not for you. Getting placed totally depends on the students. If they have skills and knowledge, no one can stop them from getting placed in good companies. But in the beginning, the college assures students about providing placements. But in the end, none of the companies visited our college for placements, but this issue is not taken seriously. Overall, the placement rate of our college is very poor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very impressive. I'm sure you will not be disappointed when you get admission in our college. The library has a lot of new books to read, and you can issue a book for almost 30 days, which is good. After that, you can renew the book from your laptop or phone. Classrooms are very attractive and clean. A/C facilities are available in the classrooms. If you're a sportsperson, this college is definitely for you because the college organises many tournaments. Medical facilities are good. Hostels are available for both boys and girls, and they are in good conditions. A/C and non-A/C rooms are available in the hostel, and you can take one as per your choice. You can access Wi-Fi in the hostel. All the labs are huge, with all the required equipment. Bus facilities are available for those who are coming from Delhi and Faridabad. So, the students don't need to worry about the infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and very well-educated. They are very cooperative. If you have any doubt about your subject, you can go and ask them at any time during college hours. They are very humble and supportive. They even guide you for your career. They all are very experienced in their field. Their teaching style is good and very engaging. The college offers courses like B.Tech, BBA and MBA. B.Tech and BBA students will get a chance to visit the industries and get exposure. They can also work on the live project. So overall, the faculty members and the course curriculum are quite impressive.
Other: The campus crowd is good, but you will face the language problem because students come from different states. The college conducts a fest every year in February. A famous celebrity is invited to our college every year to entertain us. Extracurricular activities are also organised every Friday. You can also grab a scholarship if you do a great job in your academics. Campus surrounding is that good because the campus is not located at a good place. Wi-Fi facility is available for hostel students. You can't access the internet on the campus.

A brief of Delhi college of technology and management.
Placements: I don't know much but I'm pretty sure most of the seniors got placements with good salary starting from 10000 per month or, it's just a guess as I am not quite sure of their salaries. But the placement here seems good. About 90% of them got internships I guess, the rest I don't know as I didn't get a chance to talk to them.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure seems quiet well. Although some setbacks like the air-conditioning, broken tiles on the floor etc. needs some attention. The classrooms are well lit which is good. The field is maintained well enough for us to keep our sports and games going. Hostel is well built. All in all everything is good.
Faculty: Faculty members try their best to make us understand the topics they complete their courses in time, they help us clear our doubts any time of the day. They try to give their 100%. So that the students can get better marks leading to their brighter future.
