Review of Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (DIHMCT).

Infrastructure: This college is not very big but is very decent. All the required facilities are in a very good condition in this college, and the locality is good. A hostel is also under construction now. The rooms are spacious and tidy, daily cleaning is done, and students have a mock restaurant also for the depth of knowledge and love practicals.

It is the best college to pursue hotel management.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good as it has everything that any hotel management college needs. Our college has a huge playground. The food provided in the mess is okay but not great. The hostel is not available currently, but in a few years, it will be available as the work is in progress.

It is one of the best government colleges in Delhi.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and practical labs are well maintained and have enough material for practicals. Library is spread in a large area and has almost every book needed by a student. Hostel is under construction and will be ready for operation by the first quarter of 2022. The quality of food served in the mess is good and it is prepared by students of the 3rd and 4th semesters. Medical facilities are good in the college and it has different clubs respective of sports and games.

It has improved infrastructure. It has decent placements and good faculty members.

Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure has improved, right from washrooms to the bakery and restaurants. Everything has been remodeled during COVID-19. However, classrooms are not impressive with old furniture and boards. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students. A small library is available. There is no canteen. Sports week is conducted every year, but the ground is not much wide.

College is very good, and teachers help and support students. Infrastructure can be improved.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure needs to be changed as it is an old college. Still, some things have changed. New equipment is installed in the kitchen and bakery. There are proper computer systems in the computer lab. Every type of book is available in the college library. Proper dresses are given to students to maintain uniformity among the students.

It is a great institute. I recommend this college for all who want a career in the hotel industry.

Infrastructure: The college has many facilities. I feel the facilities are less maintained, but on my recent visit, I noticed they are doing a lot. The hostel facility is available. Lifts and everything is being mended. Wi-Fi facility is available, but it is not for students. Labs and the library are great, with top-notch facilities. The food provided in a mess was made by students only for their practice. The food served was sometimes good and sometimes average as it all depends on students. Sports and extracu...

DIHM Honest opinion from an alumni.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel as of now. The mess is really good. We have all the sports equipment for playing in leisure time. The labs are good and recently renovated. There are societies for cultural events but meetings are held only for events and not otherwise. We play inter IHM cricket and football matches and have a sports week.

Faculty are average, and the placements are great as it is a government college.

Infrastructure: The campus is neat and clean, with a fairly good library and practical labs. The only problem is the size of the campus as it's really very small. But for an IHM, it's good enough. The college mess and food are average. Classrooms are average.

Our college provides good placements, and is developing its infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Classrooms in our college are average with respect to infrastructure. Since the past 8 months, there has been an improvement in our college infrastructure, and it is going to continue, so we'll have a much better infrastructure in future. We have a library, labs, and small ground. But there is no canteen on campus. Apart from the canteen, I feel we lack in sports and medical facilities as well. We don't have hostel facilities like 90-95% of the students are from Delhi. The food served in the mes...

Satisfied with my experiences in this college. The course is more practical than theoretical.

Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are well furnished. Library is open at all time and Wi-Fi is also available. With that, there are a lot of sports activities such as sports week in which all indoors and outdoors games are played between four groups of students.

Faculty members are very good, and the college provides 100% placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The canteen is the best thing, and the quality of food is decent according to the price. Second-year students prepare good food. It has one basic kitchen, one computer lab, two bakeries, two restaurants, a front office lab and a library. Hostel facilities are also available.

DIHM is a paradise for students who aspire to be successful hoteliers.

Infrastructure: DIHM is a state government college, so it has a good reputation among the hotel management institutes. This college has separate labs for each of the four core departments. It has a library, and classrooms are satisfactory. As far as sports and games are concerned, students can bring their own sports apparatus and play in the sports period. Hostel facilities are not offered by the college as of now, and food offered in the mess is good. The institute does not have a canteen, but students are all...

The infrastructure and facilities are good.

Infrastructure: The academic building is very good, and the infrastructure is decent enough. Since the college lays emphasis on practical knowledge, the infrastructure is built accordingly. There is a separate mess for the students to have lunch. CCTV cameras are installed to keep a check on the students and their discipline.

Don't worry to get placed in any big hotel. You'll get it if you work for it.

Infrastructure: The institute has 3 gates, and one of them is closed permanently. The premises are fully equipped with Wi-Fi facility for the teaching staff. Lifts are there but aren't in working condition. The labs are now equipped with modern equipment like the flambe trolley in the food and beverage service lab. There is a library which has every book related to the hotels. Sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, badminton, chess, carrom, table tennis are available.
