Insights of Delhi institute of hotel management and catering technology.

Placements: The placements for previous years was a bit low according to this year's placements. This year almost every student have got placed somewhere. After a long wait of 13 years a student of our college has cracked OCLD and many others have jobs in the best hotels of the world such as the oberois, taj, Itc, Hyatt etc.

Good placements, bad faculty, nice surroundings, gives exposure of industry.

Placements: Placements are very good here. Almost every big hotel chain come here for recruitment. HOTEL CHAINS, RETAIL CHAINS, CRUISE COME HERE. From the data of past thee years you can say that they have provided 100% placements. International chains don't come.

The faculty are very nice and friendly.

Placements: The placement as guaranteed by the college is 100%. All the top hotel brands like the Oberois, taj, ITC, Leela etc., come for campus placement every year. Only food production department has a bit low scope as compared to other departments. I was placed at ITC Maurya for my internship. Rest all about training and placement cell is good in this college.

Good government college in Delhi for doing hospitality.

Placements: There are very good campus placement options such as Taj, Oberoi, Abfrl and also have an opportunity to work across the country. One should get a chance to work as an MT after completion of management training they will promote as an assistant manager in respective organisations.

IHMs, and what you don't see from the outside.

Placements: The placements were good. The placement coordinators of the college tried their 100% so that students get somewhere in the industry. It depends on the capability of the candidate as well, but the college gave enough opportunities for the students to try. They provided us with good companies to try upon, even when we graduated.

DIHM : Satisfactory at most.

Placements: The placement cell is okayish but one has to work on developing himself throughout the course otherwise he/she won't get selected anywhere. Placement companies include Oberoi, Taj, Itc, Ihg, and some other retail companies as well. Companies prefer this college over other hm colleges as it's a government college.

It is good to make you a gentleman, but not good for a socialising, fun and freedom loving person.

Placements: We have undergone a great placement. All the students got placed in good & reputed organisations. Everyone got a fair chance to explore their talent & present themselves in front of the placement teams. I also got a job from my placement, but I decided not to join that organisation and find my way on my own.

Help yourself, and you will be successful.

Placements: There are placements, but it totally depends on your capability. The highest salary is Rs. 2,75000 and the lowest is Rs. 1-1,50,000 annually. Mainly all five stars hotels like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Hyatt, Accor and budget hotels also like Lemon Tree and Red Fox visited. Every student will get internships. There is a team called training and placement coordinators.

Loving and caring faculty, good infrastructure, best placements and an outstanding performance.

Placements: I have seen my seniors getting placed at most of the big 5 star properties of Delhi and in a good position. Our faculty ensures that each student of the college gets employed, be it a hotel or any other enterprises. Naming few, Taj Corporate, ITC Corporate, Crown Plaza, Oberoi, and Oyo rooms.

All what I have seen in DIHM is a five star feel.

Placements: You can get your placements as you have completed your 3 years. Big hotel brands like Taj group, Oberoi group, ITC, Hyatt, Leela, Accor etc. come to the campus for interviewing the students. So you'll be provided with the opportunity, but it's in your hand to grab it or leave it.

Really good placements in 2018.

Placements: The placements are really very good for my batch as well as for the previous batch. The college takes a lot of initiative and calls a lot of hotels, retail chains, catering establishments and a lot more companies. The placement is 100% for every year since I have joined this college.

Best college in Delhi as it is the top in itself.

Placements: This is one of the best colleges for hotel management as it is no.1 in state-wise college and has 100% placements guarantee. You will find good faculty as all the teachers are friendly and in fact, all the assistants under the teachers are well-behaved, and you will get more to learn.

In the beginning, I got a position of RMT, and then slowly I have earned a post of Assistant Store Manager, and even I have handled an individual store for two months. The placement was around 90-95% with an average salary of Rs.15000 per month.

DIHM is a good institute to be enrolled with.

Placements: The placement is very good, and you will see that hotel administration is not just about hotels. It is about the whole hospitality sector which is very vast. You can definitely expect jobs for everyone after the college. A very low percentage of people were not placed in college.

Placements: The placements are very good. Good hotel brands like Taj and Oberoi and much more came for hiring students. From the past two years, the placement is 100%, and it's a good way to start a bright future by working with a good brand. In the 2nd-year, industrial training takes place in which hotels like Taj, Oberoi, and ITC visit our college for hiring trainee for 4 months of the period of time.

A side view of hotel management.

Placements: The placements criteria of such professional college totally depends upon your talent, and the lay of interest you have in a field. Various placement companies come for recruitment such as ITC chains, Radisson, Taj and Oberoi's.
