Review of Department of Management Sciences, Pune University (PUMBA).

Placements: The placement cell was not very active but the campus placements of our college were around 30% from our branch. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Most students got internships but some got placements in good companies.

The college has met my expectations, and I got placed in a decent company.

Placements: Placements are decent considering the investment we are putting in. If you do well and keep a positive attitude and good communication skills, you can easily find a job with a CTC ranging from 6-10 LPA. Most of the students get a package of 5-7 LPA.

It's indeed a privilege to study at the reputed Pune University and PUMBA.

Placements: Placements in PUMBA for the pharma-biotech course are pretty well. The placement percentage for last year was 98%. The average salary package offered last year was 6 lacs per annum. A 2-months internship is compulsory for first-year students. The stipend offered ranges between Rs. 5,000-30,000 per month. Being a student-driven department, all the placement activities in PUMBA are carried out by students themselves.

Satisfactory ROI, good placements and faculty and a really good campus and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are decent with respect to the ROI that the college offers. 150 out of 180 of our seniors got placed with an average package of 6 LPA. Marketing stream has the maximum & the highest placement record. Very few companies offer core finance profile with maximum companies offering sales profile. Brands like TCS, Sbi, crisil, ICICI, HDFC, bajaj finserv come for the placements. Almost all the students got summer internship through college with stipend varying from 5k-25k per month.

The perfect college to do your MBA.

Placements: Well, it approximately 6 months now since we were joined Pumba, we often see companies visiting the campus every week for the internships and the final placements. The packages offered to the seniors were around 7 lacs per annum, and in the internship placement, they offer around 10 thousand per month. I had seen the companies in the campus like ICICI, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, Crisel, Cummins India and much more hire the students. The profile they offer was good.

Nice college and one of the best in Pune.

Placements: PUMBA has a good placement. Every week see some of the companies visiting the campus for final placements of our senior batch. The packages offered to them is around 7 lakhs per annum. There is a placement cell which is driven by students, and they call some companies to recruit with the help of alumni. The college also provided the internship around each, and everyone from the college got placed in good companies.

A review of Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA).

Placements: The placements so far have been slow as compared to the previous years. Although 40% of the students from the batch of 180 got placed, none of the students from the HR batch has been placed. The internships were decent with the relevant projects on offer, but the bigger picture is one can easily get an internship from the outside platforms, if not from the college. The main factor is that the people take the admission in PUMBA is ROI and the placements. No doubt, ROI is good, but the placements ...

In 2017, the placements were average. The infrastructure, faculty and other facilities are good.

Placements: There is no training and placement officer(TPO) in PUMBA; there is a cell called placement cell which is handled by the students of the PUMBA, and the students of the placement cell arrange all the placement activities. In the year 2017-18, out of 180 students, only 40-50 are placed, this is the placement record. The companies also come for the summer internship, but one company take 4-5 students for the internship. So, make your profile different and add some skills and make chances of getting ...

In the end, it is all about return investments, so I would say PUMBA is worth the money.

Placements: The placements are good. The average package in PUMBA is around 6 LPA. The best thing about PUMBA is ROI. The fees are much lesser than another institute (67K) per annum. So, from the perspective of fees, this is one the best institute. Every year, more than 85% of my batch get placed, and that number is rising. Last year, the highest package offered was 9 LPA, and the average went up to 6 LPA. Last year, more than 65 companies visited for all the specialisations. The companies from every sector...

Placements: The placements are pretty good. The average CTC is 7-7.5 LPA. Mostly companies come for marketing and finance profiles. Some people opt for government jobs. So, the placement reported is less. Mostly 85% people get placed. About the internship, all the students get an internship with varying stipends.

Best college to study MBA course after graduation in life sciences.

Placements: The placements depend entirely on the student. If a student is worthy then he will be placed. Good MNCs visit the campus for internships as well as for the final placements. The average package offered to the student is around 5 LPA. The highest package offered to the student in the previous year for sales profile was 8 LPA. There have consistently been more than 90% placements since the last five years.
