This university is a good place for students to develop their knowledge and skills.
Placements: As this is a course in English literature, there are no direct placements from our course. Every year, many students from this university pass the UGC NET, which leads to government job placements. We also get jobs at private colleges and universities.
Infrastructure: The university campus is huge. There are a huge number of buildings located for all courses. There are good Wi-Fi facilities, huge classrooms, laboratories, and playgrounds. The university is so close to nature.
Faculty: Teachers in every subject are very helpful and wise. The very first priority of all of them is the student and their learning skills. They teach very carefully and always try to solve our doubts. They are friendly. Almost 90% to 95% of students pass out of this university every year.
Other: Every year, we celebrate Teachers' Day, Saraswati Puja, and many more programs on the university campus. Every year, both students and teachers organise annual sports, functions, and other events.

Overall, to get a unified degree, it is good to study in.
Placements: There are no placement facilities as of now. There is no history of such placement which came into existence. Some of the guest lecturers are appointed. Internships are nil. There is a placement cell but it is not at all effective or useful in any of the placements.
Infrastructure: It is a university for most of the hilly areas such as Darjeeling colleges. The university is well-equipped with all department having a separate building for each subject. The canteen and hostel are all well-structured. All facilities are up to date for students.
Faculty: The faculty members are large and skilled enough to teach students in an effective way. The syllabus is completed on time. Altogether it is useful for acquiring a degree. The teaching qualities are traditional, no innovation as such, boring for the weak students.
Other: Being in a department irrespective of your subject, you will have a mixture of a superb experience.
