Best placements if compared to the other colleges.
Placements: Our college is home to a diverse group of students, including one individual who recently secured a remarkable 23 lakh package for the MCJ course. This achievement has filled the students at Don Bosco with immense pride. Additionally, we are excited to announce the introduction of a new course in advanced technology, offering even more opportunities for our students.
Infrastructure: All necessary facilities are provided by our College, including Wi-Fi access in both the College and Hostel. The labs are equipped with proper equipment, while the classrooms are kept clean. Additionally, our college has a library and a cafe that offers a variety of snacks. Moreover, sports facilities are also available for students.
Faculty: Teachers play a crucial role in our education as they provide valuable assistance whenever we have doubts. Their expertise and qualifications enable them to effectively teach us complex concepts. The curriculum is designed to be practical and prepares students for the industry. The semester exams are fair, with a pass percentage of approximately 35-40%.

B.Com. in Co-operation - Batch of 2023

The college is quite strict, but the best thing is the programs and fests.
Placements: For the B.Com. operation department, there are no specific placements available, but around B.Com., there may be two or three companies for recruitment. There are very nice placements available for MCA, BSW, and MSW departments, but the average salary would be less.
Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure, it is quite and vibrant. Now Don Bosco Arts and Science College has been combined with Don Bosco College beside it, with an excellent huge auditorium in between (saying about the auditorium, most of the programs won't be conducted there; only one or two, mainly the parents meeting or the merit day, would be conducted there). Normally, I used to sleep at these programs because they were lagging and boring. The canteen is one of my favorite places because it's the only place where all the department buddies come together. There are two hostels for girls: one is in front of the college and the other is backside of the college; it is a bit strict over there for girls; for boys, there is only one hostel that is backside of the college. Extracurricular activities are given more preference over here, and even for sports, there is a nice opportunity if you are good enough in that sport.
Faculty: Faculty depends on the department; most of them are quite nice and are very young, especially if they are of our own vibe. Talking about the curriculum, there are many courses provided, and new courses like the MCA B.Sc. in AI have been introduced. Semester exams depend on Kannur University and their mood.
Other: The only time you can explore yourself is during programs like arts, talent hunts, and many more. The best thing is that during the fests, never miss out on any of the fests (especially during the night); those would be the best days of your college that you could enjoy.

Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) - Batch of 2023

I'm satisfied with this college.
Placements: Placements are not provided for UG courses but a good percentage of students get placed after their PG. The salary offered is Rs.14,000 - Rs.15,000 per month. Every student got an internship in a very good NGO.
Infrastructure: Library of our college is very good. Classrooms are clean and tidy. Canteen food is good and affordable. Labs are available for other courses including a studio for mass communication and journalism course.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are friendly. They teach in an understanding manner that makes students capable of exams. Field works are important in this course. They are provided by our department. The difficulty level of exams is low. The pass percentage in every semester is 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to work for the public. This course helps in practical learning more than theory. Our college should add more subjects related to social work to our course curriculum. Our college organises 3 fests every month and national conferences, webinars, etc. Several scholarships are provided. Our college gives importance to sports.

Best MSW course college.
Placements: Placements of the college is awesome. Students can sit for placements from the 6th semester. Top most recruiting companies visit the college campus for placements. The highest package offered is 9-20 Lacs per annum and the average package offered is 2-6 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college and hostel is good. Students get all the basic facilities which is required in the hostel. Wi-Fi and LAN facilities are also available in the college campus and in the hostel. The taste of the food we get in the mess is good.
Faculty: Course curriculum is relevant and faculty of the college is good enough. Teachers are well knowledgeable and well qualified. Teachers have done Ph.D. in their particular subjects. Exams are taken twice in every year first one is mid sem and another one is final sem.
