Bad placements and infrastructure. Good faculty and college life.

Placements: The college doesn’t release official information on how many % of students were placed. The highest package was 48 LPA to a single student by Microsoft, the lowest was 3 LPA to multiple students, and the avg is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Freecharge, TCS , etc. Internship is not provided by our college, and the top roles offered were of software engineers.

Review of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: The placement here are very average. The on-campus placements are very poor. There is no scope for internships. The off-campus placement is something for which I have given 3 stars. You have an IPU degree, which is good after that; it all depends on your skills. And the highest packages shown here are off campus.

No placement and internship in ADGITM .

The top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, QUALCOMM, INTEL, and Dell. No student got an internship offer from any company. The top roles offered by the company are software developer and technician, and hardware and software-related jobs.

My college can be considered similar to other private colleges, and sometimes it is below average.

Placements: The placements start in July and will continue till the 8th semester. The placements are good, maybe average, but for students who have worked hard on themselves by themselves with little help from the college. The college does bring some good companies for the placements.

My own review on ADGITM.

Placements: In ADGITM, the placement rate is below average. There is no placement for Civil and Mechanical branches. Only the Computer Science and IT branches have placements, with only 30% of students from these courses getting placed. The placement situation is very poor. There are no top recruiting companies at the college; placements are only available for software engineering or IT positions. The highest package is ₹27 LPA from Cisco offered to a girl, and the average package is ₹3 LPA in CSE. In my co...

Faculty and placements are average for Civil, but for CS and IT, the placements are decent.

Placements: 10% students get placed in this course. The average package offered was 2.4 LPA. Small companies like startups will come for recruitments. You’ll have to find internships from outside. The placements condition is the worst. Please try for GATE or any other exam if you’re from civil, or learn coding to get into ITA sector. If you know someone from outside, its good for getting a job.

Good infrastructure and crowd but average in placements and academics.

Placements: I think this year 20% of the students were placed and 25 LPA was the highest package from the CSE department. There are placements from other departments in civil and mechanical branches as well. I think Cisco and Airtel were the top hiring companies this year. There is no on-campus internships drive but there is paid industrial training for the students who have completed the 2nd year semester exams.

Placements: Placements in the college are not very good, and they need to be improved. The highest placements offered are 15 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Internships are offered only in the 4th semester. Recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Antal, HCL, etc.

Placements at our college need to be improved.

Placements: The placements at our college are average, and there is room for improvement. The highest placement offered in the college is 14 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Internships are only given in the 3rd year to students with good academics and attendance.

A review by an outside student.

Placements: In my course, almost 70–75% of students are selected. In my college, the highest package is 45 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiter is TCS. The top role my course offers is that of software developer. In my college, students get very few internships. So we should improve it .

It is an above average college under IPU.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are above average. Students have to try on their own to get internships. The salary packages offered are good. The average salary package is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered in the previous year was 40 LPA.

Review of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: Placements are reduced compared to previous years. There can be many factors, like the recession and an unstable training and placement cell. Some good companies, like Josh Technologies, Freecharge, etc., offered salary packages of above 8 LPA, but very few students got selected. About 90% of companies offer salary packages of 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered in the previous year was 15 LPA, and the lowest was 3.6 LPA. Internships will be provided only in the 7th semester. Roles offered...
