Best college of pharmacy because of the qualified faculty, good placement, and the beautiful culture
Placements: Almost 90% students are placed in several sectors of reputed companies like sales, production, and pharmacovigilance. The average package for sales is around 4 to 5 Lacs per annum, and for production (production, QC, QA) is very good. Also, you can go for higher studies as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. Smart classrooms, specialized labs, and computer labs are good. Every floor has Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and purified drinking water supply. A common room is also available for games like carrom, table tennis for both girls and boys.
Faculty: Strict rules regarding internal and semester exams make this college different from the other colleges in West Bengal. There are 4 CA-theory and 2 PCA-practical internal exams, which are conducted by the college exam cell, and semester exams for both theory and practical are conducted by the university, MAKAUT.
Other: I pursued my B.Pharm degree from this college, and I am very glad that I passed out from this college. The memories of the fest and different puja events will never fade.

Our college provides good facilities with knowledgeable faculty members and good placements.
Placements: 88% to 90% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was INR 5 LPA to 5.7 LPA, and the lowest and average package was INR 1.8 LPA offered in our course. Sun Pharma, GSK, and Macleods were the top companies for our course. Most students get internships at Macleods and GSK.
Infrastructure: Our college provides very good facilities for our study purposes, like having six UG smart classes with good seating arrangements, sufficient light and fans available, and having labs with useful instruments and apparatus, as well as chemicals in our college.
We have two separate hostels for boys and girls, with a dining hall, a gym and a playground. Hostel wardens work 24 hours a day. All floors are covered with CCTV. We are provided with four meals per day. Our college has medical facilities for working days.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and always provide us with study materials. Some teachers were NIPER and IIT qualified, and most teachers were from Jadavpur, MPHARM and some Phds from Singapore. Grooming classes were provided for making us ready for industry, and extra-free classes were provided for higher studies, qualifying examinations and coding. It is not so difficult to face students at school exams for our teachers.
Other: We have an NSS group, and every year we organize blood donation camps, get tests done, and/or donate.

Modern campus with great facilities, but faculty expertise and placement support needs improvement.
Placements: 70 to 80 percent of students are placed in our college. Top recruiting companies are Sun Pharma, Macleods, GSK, etc. B. Pharma got the top role in our college in pharmacy. The highest package was INR 5 LPA to & 5.7 LPA. An average package is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.8 LPA.
Around 90 percent of students got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy offers modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a resourceful library. Hostels are spacious with good food and medical facilities. The campus also features sports infrastructure and promotes extracurricular activities for holistic development.
Faculty: Faculty members are very well educated from top universities. Teaching is going very well. In addition to studies, extracurricular activities are held. Many programs, like fests, freshers, and farewell parties, are organized by the students. The semester exams are quite difficult, but the good percentage pass point shows the students are ready for tasks.
Other: I chose this course because I want to learn about drugs, medicine, and the chemistry behind them. Best things are the internship opportunities and strong industry ties. I wish we had more industry-specific workshops, improved campus connectivity, and SVMCM and other scholarships.

You should choose it for hostels and placements.
Placements: Placements are doubtless very well. Most of the students who arrived for job placements got their jobs. Sometimes it may happen that companies are coming lately, but every year it is seen that highly paid companies come to offer jobs to the students.
Infrastructure: The course B. Pharma is a good profession to choose after high school, especially for those who are interested in Biology and Chemistry as well as physics. It is a 4-year undergraduate course. There are two hostels there, one for boys and another for girls. The hostel is well maintained. Food is comparable to that of other hostels.
Faculty: Faculty members are very well educated from top universities. Teaching is going very well. In addition to studies, extracurricular activities are held. Many programs, like fest, freshers welcome, and farewell parties, are organized by the students. Exam pressure is something everyone should mention. There are a total of six internal exams (theory and practical) in a 6-month semester.
Other: If one is interested in learning about drugs, medicine, and the Chemistry behind them, he or she can choose this course.
