Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research has a strong placement cell, with companies like Cipla, Glenmark, and Dr. Reddy's recruiting students for roles in R&D, quality control, and marketing. Placements: Our college placement cell is really good. Almost every student got placed in good companies like Dr. Reddy, Glenmark, Sun Pharma, GSK, and Cipla. The average package is 4 LP to 6 LP. Hindustan antibiotics, Lupin hire for research internships; we get experience working in the hospital, and it gives us a good stipend of 20,000 rupees.

Placements: Placements are there but less opportunity in core pharma. The Opportunities are there, but with lower packages. Many placings are regarding with IT sector, PHARMACOVIGILANCE, and Medical coding. Overall, placements were average. Marketing placements are good.

Placements: Almost 80% of students got good placements with an average package of 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. The highest package offered is around 8 Lacs per annum. Students get placed in companies like GSK, Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy etc. The college provides internships to students.
