Review of Dr. M.V. Shetty Institute of Health Sciences.
Placements: There are around 60-70% of students in our course. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. It is in an affordable range for students. So this college is preferable to other students who want to study in Mangalore.
Infrastructure: Our college has classrooms, a library, and a physical education room. Laboratories are for biochemistry, microbiology, and anatomy. It is a good experience for studying and the physical department. The hostel facility is good and affordable. The hostel food is not so good.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative and approachable. Their teaching quality is good. It is easy to clear the course. The completion of this course will lead you to a medical student and will be eligible for higher studies and jobs, especially in other countries.

Review of Dr. M.V. Shetty Institute of Health Sciences.
Placements: The batch of B.Sc. nursing offers quite good teaching and placements. Being one of the first nursing colleges in Manglore, it maintains a good relationship among students and teachers, offering a wide range of experience in learning and accomplishing the goals for higher needs.
Infrastructure: The hostel is pretty much average and has good infrastructure development but lacks mess. It is partially good but not well suited. The hostel is working in a disciplined manner to make the students safe and in for the needs of parents. Girls' safety is also ensured in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty and curriculum are good and well balanced. Regular clinical posting, internal exams, and student-oriented classes are conducted for students to achieve higher excellence and reputation.
Other: I chose this course as it is a noble profession. Medical needs never end. Thus, high job opportunities are seen for nurses worldwide. It offers human healing, promotion, income, job security for the future, and personal identity. Improvement could be eliminating the value given by the community and discrimination among other medical professionals.
