The success depends on activity and interest of students.
Placements: The college requires students to complete internships as part of the course. Many students secure internships at well-reputed companies and startups. It is important to note that the college does not guarantee placements as it is a government college. After graduation, the packages can vary, mostly depending on efforts. The highest in the 2023 batch was INR 40,000 per month, and the lowest was INR 12,000 per month (only 50% of the batch is working), as far as I know. Many find the median salary of INR 15,000 or so to be on the lower side and look for other opportunities or pursue higher studies. Experience is very important in the food industry, and there is no shortage of opportunities. People get jobs in quality assurance, production, research and development, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is small but beautiful (I might be an alumni). The library is a great resource, but the computer facilities can use some improvement. There are hostels for both boys and girls, and the food is reasonably okay for the cost. The labs could be upgraded and modified to better aid the compulsory research segment. Due to its size, the college could have fewer sports facilities compared to colleges under ANGRAU, but the overall experience depends on students involvement and enthusiasm.
Faculty: The academic circulation is well structured for the most part, but it could use some updating to stay industry-relevant. The professors are knowledgeable, smart, and dedicated, but they often have a lot on their plate, leading me to believe more teachers could benefit them and the college. The success of the program is entirely dependent on the students. The exams are stringent, and you will fail if you don't work enough as there are no handouts (which is good?).
Other: The course is the best part about the college for me. It is interesting, applicable, and ever-evolving. Students would benefit if they could plan their future while in college instead of waiting for the last moment. The crowd is great; you will find many hardworking people and make friends for life. The college humbles me, and I am sure that will help me stay rounded. The college does not have 'fest' in the traditional sense; we have a lot of things, but they are often on a small scale. One thing that irked me the most is the mentality that seems to be common in Andhra in general: the restriction of girls in the name of safety. Not blaming the college, but it can be frustrating as a 20-year-old to only get out on Saturday for an outing while the boys can leave at anytime. Movement can be missed, but restriction is not the answer to that.

I am satisfied because of the rare course and good curriculum and placements.
Placements: Total 60-70 students join every year in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Galla Foods, Sangam Dairy, Visakha Dairy, ITC Guntur, Priya, Swastika, etc. It's the best course for the present trend. Our college started the first food tech course in entire AP and Telangana.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available here like labs, library, reading room, but there is a bit problem for football and cricket ground as it is small. However, it can be adjusted somehow. The hostel is average, and food in the hostel is great and far better than outside food. There is a medical inside the campus where MBBS doctors are available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm all days, and a pharmacist is available from 9:00 to 7:00. Sports are good, and you can play every game on the ground except football. Cricket can be played, but the pitch is not great.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, knowledgeable and very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course for peace of mind. There are lots of great things on the campus, and also some improvement makes campus at the top. Many activities are done each year, where students can actively participate.

Excellent college that also provides scholarships to the students.
Placements: 50% should be scored in every subject to be eligible for the placements. In the final year, a 5-month internship training is conducted to provide students experience.
Infrastructure: We have a college hostel and a peaceful library. There are labs with all the equipment and services. There is Wi-Fi in the college for students. The college is located in a green and peaceful place. The hostel has a hostel warden.
Faculty: We have excellent faculty. They are always there to solve the doubts of the students at any time. The faculty is well educated and experienced. Every professor has done a Ph.D. in their field. This course is helpful In making us ready for the food industry.

It is a good college, and every student can satisfy with it.
Placements: It is a good college, and you can learn many things in this college. There are lots of opportunities. Our college has a tie-up with ITC (Indian Tobacco Corporation), Nestle, Co-Coal, Britain, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good, and our college is highly equipped with labs and digital programs. Medical facilities are good, and sports and everything is good. Our college provides good accommodation. Industrial visits are also conducted two times in a month, and a committee meeting is conducted with students.
Faculty: Teachers here are good, and they explain everything in a detailed way. They are helpful all the time and take care of every student personally. They are good at speaking English, and they also improve the communication skills of students. They provide good knowledge to every student, along with good discipline.
Other: I have chosen this course to improve post-harvest technology, so it improves farmers and reduce the loss of perishable food. By applying food technology, lots of food items can be safe, which automatically increase national income.
