Most of the HODs are retired army officers and they like to manage college in army style. Most of the students suffer due to rivalries between HODs. College has very strict rules and regulations and these people doesn't think that there is world beyond boundaries of college. Placement desk is pathetic as it is not professionally managed and worst part is students manage the placement cell headed by one faculty.
