Excellent infrastructure and facilities are available.

Placements: Our course is good and the college placement cell is available for training and placements. More than 65 percent of students were placed in our college. Many MNC companies visited our college with the highest package of 8 lakhs per annum and the lowest package of 3 lakhs per annum. Ten percent of students got internships outside of the college.

Poor facilities are there in our college.

Placements: Approximately 65 percent of students were placed in our college with the highest package of 8 lacs per annum and the lowest package of 2.5 lacs per annum. More than 15 companies visited, like MNC companies. More than 5 percent of students got internships in other sectors.

Ethiraj is the top most college in our country for women.

Placements: Almost all students pass with appropriate skill-based knowledge. The minimum salary is 9 LPA, and the maximum can be very high, with companies like Microsoft, Google, Zoho, Amazon, EY, Wipro, Flipkart, and many more big MNCs offering placements. Future placements include diverse roles in HR, call centers, management, and other fields. Professional courses can be taken to raise our profiles to the next level.

It was the best college for self improvement.

Placements: Our department made all arrangements for our integrated internship. After that, we had a placement cell in which the faculty members updated us about available job vacancies. During the final semester, every department would have a paper called soft skills to help us be confident enough to sit for interviews.

4/5 satisfaction regarding education, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 60% got placed and 35% pursued higher education. All are doing well with average package 25K (1L the highest to 8k the lowest) per month in various companies, journals, educational institutions and publishing houses as content writers, Sub-Editors, teachers, lecturers, etc. Some become entrepreneurs.

It is an excellent college with potential teachers, but a few of the professors need to be replaced.

Placements: From our course, none of the students showed interest in attending campus interviews. Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant and few other companies visited our college for campus interviews. A few students like nearly 10 students worked as interns in a magazine, and they published a magazine, which was appreciable.

Students good at self study can opt for this college as it gives an overall guidance to the course.

Placements: It was compulsory for us to attend an internship before the start of the third semester. Hence, we enrolled in various publication houses and magazines like The Hindu, Education Monitor and Emerald Publications. English department students mostly preferred teaching and pursuing higher education so we did not opt for placements.

My overall experience here is completely worth it.

Placements: Content writers, teachers in international schools and jobs in corporate companies are offered here. Around 50% of the students got placed from our college. We are allowed to do internships in various institutions as a part of the course curriculum. Many placement opportunities are available here, especially if students are enthusiastic.

Dissatisfied with the college interest towards this course.

Placements: 60 percent of students were placed in my course. It's a social based course so your interest in how much you are involved into the course make your package. It is an interdisciplinary course. Your interest and sincerity of doing work is important to get an internship. English is essential for getting a job in a reputed place. This course will train you to start the NGO by doing internship.

I am satisfied with our college .

Placements: Around 20 students per class get placed from college. Almost 50% of the students get an internship in NGO and in few corporate companies. Our seniors are working in TVS company and in the United Nations also. Students have to keep searching for opportunity.

A college that supports students and encourages them.

Placements: The placement at Ethiraj college is very good, and most of my mates and seniors were placed. I wanted to continue my studies further, so I didn't go for placement. If you want a place to learn good stuff and to be successful in your life. Then I suggest Ethiraj for you.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Good placements. Placement is based not only on their marks but it was given based on their social and physical knowledge. Mostly big companies used to visit the campus interviews. Good encouragements to complete our internship on time by our guides and teachers.

Our college is great in extra-curricular activities but not so great in placements. It is lenient.

Placements: Companies like EY, Goldman Sachs, TCS, and Infosys were the top recruiting companies. Yet, most of these don't have much to offer for literature students. Around 4-5 students were selected in TCS. We interned with Education Monitor, Emerald publishers, Hindu STEP and others.

The best college experience one can get. Fun filled campus with good exposure.

Placements: Teaching roles were offered by NGOs. IT companies like Infosys, Goldman Sachs, TCS, recruited a majority of students for content creating and other roles. Campus placements were a sure thing in the college. Proper training was given before one presents oneself to the interview.
