B.Tech. in Footwear Technology - Batch of 2025
4.2

Best Faculty, Good Placements and Attractive Infrastructure and Facilities
Placements: Placements are quite good in B. Tech. Especially in branches like Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, the placement rates are 100%. The average package in this course is 5 LPA. A lot of well-known companies & industries come for campus opportunities. They have their own Training and Placement Cell (TPC), which helps students find internship opportunities and placement offers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is vintage, as it's one of the oldest institutes of Agra. The seats and benches are too strong and old. The fans are very old, but their efficiency is still better than the fans we're using nowadays. They prefer a pollution-free environment, so you'll see a lot of trees on the campus. The Central Library is so beautiful, and its infrastructure is a sight to behold.
Faculty: The faculty members of this course are mostly from NITs and IITs. All the members are well-experienced and have sound knowledge in their respective fields. The course curriculum is relevant for us, with abundant practical experience, which prepares us for industrial experience. The semester exams are quite hard, and open book exams are held, which make us think innovatively and research deeply in our courses. The pass percentage is quite good, depending on the efforts of the students.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2027

Good college in terms of fees structure, events, study, knowledge, and training.
Placements: 89 percent of students were placed, with a minimum package of 4 LPA, an average of 8 LPA, and a maximum package of 13 LPA. Companies like JSW were our top recruiters. All the students got internships in different industries. The college offers placement training and internship opportunities to its students.
Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure and all the modern facilities. The hostel's facilities are also good. Many other facilities, like playgrounds, practical labs, industrial training workshops, student welfare, dairy product and other assets for students, are provided, as is a college canteen that distributes food at a very low cost.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and most of them are very well qualified and experienced. Yes, the course is relevant and will make students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough but 99 percent of students get passed. This course is very well organized on campus, as the curriculum at the college follows strict guidelines, and the teachers are also highly qualified and knowledgeable.
Other: This course is nice, has a low cost on this campus and is futuristic. Campus gives us many opportunities.

Good college but not really satisfied due to the college's strictness.
Placements: Placement is average in this college. If specializing in fields like Computer Science or Industrial, it could be tough. Placements for core branches are much better than for specializations. If someone has done an internship in another company during college, they can get a pre-placement offer, which is much beneficial.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is not so good. Some faculty members have good infrastructure, but some of them have very old infrastructure. The college has no Wi-Fi as no mobile phones are allowed on the campus. There is a good library, but during summer, due to heat, it becomes very difficult for students. Inter-faculty competitions are mostly held for students like football, kho, basketball, etc. The condition of hostels is very bad; students prefer to live in PGs rather than college hostels.
Faculty: It is very easy for students to pass exams as the evaluation of marks is very simple and easy. Hardly any students fail in their courses. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Each student needs to get 70 marks out of 200 in order to pass in a subject.
Other: Students who are eligible for scholarships get the scholarship each year. No fests are organized by the college. Only one exhibition is held each year in the month of January. B.Tech is a good course to pursue from this college as the college has a good reputation in this field, and teachers are also good. The crowd in college is not good as mostly students are from rural areas.

Overall, the college is best for its valuable teaching, discipline, affordability and placements.
Placements: Approximately 90% of the students were getting placed. I also have expectations of getting placed next year. Overall, I could say that various companies visit our college through the efforts made by the training and placement cell of the college.
Infrastructure: Very advanced labs with all the necessary equipment and machines are available. There is a canteen, a separate sports room, and various cultural activities that also take place. There is also a also a central library with an excellent atmosphere. There is always staff present at the office to solve queries. Also, students can avail of scholarships at this college.
Faculty: The professors are very experienced, disciplined and helpful. They teach, guide, and help students very kindly. They gave suggestions to students for their development. They provide workshops and industrial visits so that students can become industry-ready for the future.
Other: There are various extra curricular activities like NSS camps, Drama fests, parades, industrial visits, workshops, etc.

Review of Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
Placements: In this college, I have opted for a B.Tech. in footwear technology. There are a total of 25 students with me in my batch. The highest package from this branch was about 5 lacs, and medium package of this branch is about 3.5 lacs. Approximately all students got placed easily and some of them went to top companies in higher education like Bata, Puma, Dawar, and Gupta Overseas came to hire students, The top roles offered were those of merchandiser and production department in this branch.
Infrastructure: The college has nice infrastructure all around; there is greenery and the campus is very beautiful. There is lightning at night all around. All types of facilities, like Wi-Fi libraries, are available for students, but the hostels are in very bad condition, as are the toilets. Food is also very hygienic and limited medical facilities are available.
Faculty: The faculty members of this college are very helpful; they provide us with a quality education and also help us solve every small problem. Their way of teaching is very good; they give both practical and theoretical knowledge. The course curriculum is also decent enough that almost all of us got passed easily in our term exams.
Other: College is good for those who are looking to do a bachelor's in very little time and want to go for higher education only. Also, in this college, no mobile phones are allowed; we are permitted to take laptops only.

Good government. College with low fees.
Placements: Percentage varies every year, basically, but on average, 75-80% get placed on campus with an average package of about 5 LPA. If you have additional skills or a good resume, then the highest package goes up to 12-14 LPA on campus, and off-campus, it's your choice to apply. Internships were provided to many students based on their performance and skills in companies like Tata Cummins, Fiat, L&T, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are decent with a decent amount. I'm not a hosteller, but my friends informed me regarding the facilities. They are good as per the amount, and the mess food is also nice. The canteen has good space for boys, but for girls, they have a small canteen. The food is good. There are many opportunities provided regarding games, sports, etc., but you should be really attentive to grab them at first.
Faculty: Teachers here are really well-educated and are good enough to help you out regarding the subject. There are some professors from IITs, IIMs, etc. and mostly teachers have a Ph.D. degree in their particular subjects, so yes, they are very supportive and encouraging. To score good marks here, you need to really work hard. College exams are of a good level; if you pay attention in class, then you'll really score well enough.
Other: There are some events organized within the campus like Techventure, Build-a-thon, technical hackathons, etc., which are really helpful for your interaction and building your qualities. Scholarships are available here, which are informed by the college staff themselves.
