Best and the top most college - The Fergusson college.

Placements: Approximately 90% of students were placed. The average package for UG students from our college is 3.90 LPA, and the average package for PG students is 4.50-4.80 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, Cipla, Jio Platforms, Sai Life Sciences, Godrej Agrovet, and Deloitte USI Consulting. Most of the students get internships from our course. The top roles offered in our course are in companies from various sectors, including IT, pharmaceuticals, and consulting, which participate in the recruitment process, offering diverse roles to graduates.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is top-notch. Regarding academic facilities, such as laboratories, the college boasts 55 well-equipped laboratories catering to various science disciplines, classrooms, and a library. The Bai Jerbai Wadia Library accommodates up to 400 students. The hostel facility at our college is also good. They provide a mess and canteen. The rent of the hostel is affordable for every level. The medical facility is the best at our college. In our college, there are both indoor and outdoor games, such as kho-kho, hockey, cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, kabaddi, table tennis, badminton, boxing, karate, taekwondo, etc.

Faculty: Educators are experienced and supportive, fostering an environment conducive to learning. The teachers are highly qualified; in short, they are doctorates. The curriculum of our course is excellent. We learn both practically and theoretically. From the second year, we visit many industries. Semester exams are tough but helpful. 95% of students pass.

Other: The Chemistry department is the biggest department in this college. All the best teachers, and even the principal, are from the Chemistry department. Up until now, I haven't felt that anything should be improved. Many big events are organized in our college, such as a book fest (got the Genius Book Award), a science exhibition, a naval exhibition, and a Karandak event. The best fest of the year is also organized. The crowd is much larger, and the surrounding area is full of encouragement towards studies. There are many more scholarships for different categories.

Ferguson College, Pune...

Placements: The number of students in each is around 90 students. For B.Sc. courses, the college doesn't offer any placements. For Masters, it does. Top companies like Cipla, Sula Wine, and many more come to our college. The college doesn't provide internships, but if you want, they will guide you.

Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs are well-equipped. You will get the proper Life Science library downstairs in the department. The hostel intake is based on your academic and merit list. You can have every facility. The hostel is affordable. The food in the mess is also okay.

Faculty: The teaching staff is well-qualified in the microbiology department. The teaching method is also very good. The course curriculum is also very good; they cover every topic in microbiology. Semester exams are a bit difficult, especially the practical exams, so you have to be well-prepared.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in microbiology. The best part is that it helps to know the things which are not visible to our eyes. There is nothing to improve. The college fest is one of the best college fests in Pune. There are many chances for extracurricular activities here.

Fergusson college a nature loving campus great opportunities and building connections.

Placements: Placements are good, it's between 3 lacs to 9 Lacs but students opt for higher studies. Like M.Sc. or internships in quantum computing, etc. The top recruiting company is Wipro. Internships are individually done or through assistance from professors mainly through linkdin.

Infrastructure: Nature-loving campus, a British colonial building and superb atmosphere. Lab classrooms are ventilated and are spacious. The Campus has more open land. Hostels are good but people prefer PGs near the college. There are 3 canteens one of them is super good and others are average.

Faculty: Teachers are highly skilled and support the students with projects research and internships, they are very co-operative. Definitely, this makes students industry-ready with great qualities. Semester exams are mediocre tough and average CGPA of our branch is around 8 and above.

Other: I chose this course as I'm highly interested in Physics. Plus it has a developed Astro club which I was an important part of. We do have our department fest named Gravity. And some cultural and sports fest like Spandan and Josh. To improve my course, I should say adding more depth in Bachelors.

College campus is great.

Placements: You can find placement in B.Sc. Physics up to 10,000 per month in companies. But for better placement and job opportunities, one should really pursue M.Sc. in Physics if she/he wants to pursue a career in Physics. After doing M.Sc., one can also try for a junior scientific post.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not much great, but the campus is very good. Most of the students who come to this college are for the campus only. Facilities like washrooms for girls and boys, water coolers in each department, a huge library that contains 2 lakh books, hostels are not bad but also not great. Wi-Fi is available on campus, but in classrooms, you cannot use the internet. All sports equipment is available in college, including a basketball ground, football ground, and badminton space. Three canteens and three messes are present in the college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching is not the best, but it is good. The course is very relevant if you want to pursue research in Physics and become a scientist. You can later pursue M.Sc. in Physics for it. Semester exams are quite difficult compared to other science courses in Fergusson College. I don't know the passing percentage, but people do clear their backs, and some also excel in it.

Other: I chose this course because I liked the Physics subject in my school days, and I wanted to prepare for the UPSC exam, so graduation is necessary. I thought I should pursue my favorite subject. The course should be a little more industry-oriented and less theoretical. Events are fabulous, fest time is the best time of the college, there is a 15-day fest in college, sports events, scholarships, etc.

Unique Fergusson is the most amazing.

Placements: According to reports, 90% of students were placed, and the rest were offered internships with a stipend of 2 LPA. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. The roles offered in my course are software developer, data analyst, etc. Many more big companies visit here.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well maintained with smart boards, and the labs include the latest version of software installed on computers. Wi-Fi with high internet speed is available all day, and it helps students to solve their queries by browsing the internet.

Faculty: Teaching quality is superb, as teachers are highly qualified and supportive about everything. The curriculum is relevant and good, with an updated syllabus. The passing percentage is 40% here, and exams are kind of tough but productive, also to enhance skills.

Good college with a food reputation .

Placements: I haven't experienced he placements of the college because I am still in my second year of the college. But according to the reports I think that the college has a pretty average name in giving placements because it's an art college and not meant for placements .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is somewhat good and above average. The building is antique and has smart ai tools like smart board wifif and also a big library. Overall it had all the requirements and the necessities that are required in any college .

Faculty: The teachers that is the faculty of the college is also something that many people don't know about. I feel that their is still a scope of improvement in the current curriculum of the course. But overall the teachers are helpful and also very knowledgeable .
