It depends on how you want your college life. In this college, there is not much social life.

Placements: 90% of the students were placed in my college but almost all of them got an average package of 4-5 LPA. Most of the previous year's companies didn't visit the campus this year; the highest package was 12 LPA for my friend but it was through pool placement. Companies such as TCS, Accenture, AurionPro, etc. visited. College only focuses on attendance and academics instead of extracurricular activities and skills. Faculty are good but all are not of helping nature. From this year on, the college is...

Review of Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology.

Placements: All malpractices happened during the placement time. Top recruiters for our course are Schneider, BBCD, Technip, Godrej, Primetals, etc. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Placements for the CS IT branch are very good. The highest salary package offered for CS IT is 14 LPA. The average salary package ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Almost all students got placed in our college, even if it is not a non-core offer.

It is not a good place to live for 4 years, and I would not recommend this college to students.

Placements: Placements are average in this college. The average salary package offered ranges between 3.5 LPA - 5 LPA. Some top companies visit our campus to hire students like Barclays and IB, but around 4-5 students get placed. Jio company is the mass recruiter, and the minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA.

Opt only if you have no other option!

Placements: I guess 40% of the students got placements with the highest package of 5.5 lacs p. a & the lowest of 2.7 lacs p. a. Top recruiting companies were Godrej, Boyce, etc. In FCRIT, it is a common belief among the teachers that the students are well versed with the internship part & they are capable to apply for one on their own, so yes good luck with that.

Good Faculty but not so Good for Placements and Internships.

Placements: Placement is not up to the mark and only 70% of the batch was in 2016 got placed. College is not at all supportive during internship placements. The highest package company offered during final placements was 5 lacs p. a. Most of the students got placed into local companies and few preferred higher studies and few got self employed. Average package offered was 3 lacs p. a. Top recruiting companies are TCS, L&T, Zorient, IBM.

A good college compared to many other colleges in MU if you want to get proper notes.

Placements: The placement was satisfactory. Only 3 core companies came for placement of which godrej offered the highest package of 5.5 LPA, other two companies were lnt and kirloskar. Rest all companies were IT with average package of 3lpa. Students had done internship from barc, npcil, Aditya birla etc.

Satisfactory facilities and faculty.

Placements: We were a class of 72 students involving few from the Diploma background, out of which only 40% of the students were recruited through campus placement process majority of which were for IT designated roles and had no relevance to our engineering course. The highest package offered by a Core company was 5.5 Lacs per annum and the lowest being 2.2 lac per annum. The average salary ranged from 3.5 - 4 lacs per annum. We had companies like Godrej & Boyce Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Multipliers Ltd....

Keeps you on track in terms of academics.

Placements: The placement was pretty average. TCS being the major and bulk recruiter. There were very limited companies that came in and offered good roles. Overall not a good placement during my year. The college teaching is more focused towards university exam and bookish knowledge without much practical thing.

Unnecessary strictness and discipline without any cause, ruined lives of really good students.

Placements: You cannot expect good placements from this college even though education you get here is good. Only around 30% of my batch of 2016 got placed. Only few companies visit campus for recruitment. The highest package was offered by Oracle of 8 Lacs p. a. to Computer Department student. The highest package for electrical was 5.5 Lacs p. a (Petrofac). Average package offered was 3 Lacs p. a. and least it went till 2 Lacs p. a. The major recruiting companies were Oracle, TCS, Petrofac, L&T. For summer ...

Good Faculty and Infrastructure but Poor Placements.

Placements: Around 40% students of 2016 batch were placed during campus placements. If we talk about packages, the highest package offered was 5.5 Lacs p. a, average 2.8 Lacs p. a and the lowest 1.8 Lacs p. a. The Top Recruiting companies which came are L&T, TCS, Pertofac & Siemens. College placements are not so good as most of the students look for higher studies. Its good to find internships on your own, College won't be that helpful.

FCRIT: The college is good ! Placements are not.

Placements: Around 40% were placed, some of which later left for higher education. The highest salary offered was around 5.16 Lacs p. a, the lowest package would be 2.4 Lacs p. a, on an average it would be 3.36 Lacs p. a Top recruiting companies were L&T, Godrej. Internship completely depend on the students. Search for good internships by yourself, the college may offer some but that would be for 3rd years alone.

Review of Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology.

Placements: The top recruiting company at our college was TCS. The highest salary package of 3.2 LPA and the lowest salary package of around 2 LPA were offered in our college. Around more than 80% of the students got placed. The top roles offered were executive level. Other companies like L&T and L&T Infotech, Atos, Globe Teleservices and other small companies also visit the college to offer placements.

The college is not suitable for the students who want to enjoy their college life.

Placements: Placements for the students of IT and computer science departments are very good. Most of the students get placed if they are serious about their career and want jobs. But, placements for the students of mechanical engineering are very poor as only 20 students out of 75 may get placed. The average salary package offered for the students of mechanical engineering is 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA. A placement cell is available in our college, and it is very active. Companies like TCS, Accenture, L&T, Capgemini...

It is great for education but there is no scope for practical knowledge and experience.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite good compared to other colleges. But, IT companies were invited to the campus in the 8th semester which is very late. Majority of the students were placed after the completion of the course. Companies like L&T, and Sterlin and Wilson Pvt. Ltd., also visited the college after the completion of our course.

This is a college that all the parents would love and not the students.

Placements: They promise placement to the ones who have a good pointer. Around 70% of the students who apply for placement actually get placed but hardly 30% of the students get placed in the high package companies. The average package for 2018 batch was hardly 3 lacs per annum. Also the maximum students were placed in an IT company which came as a mass recruiter. The senior batch had a better placement record in terms of the companies as well as that package. Max profiles offered were of marketing or sales...

The college has decent infrastructure and teaching.

Placements: Every year, a decent number of multinational IT companies visit the campus for placements. Maximum salary offered is around 5 LPA. The companies like TCS, Capgemini, Xoriant, and many others visit the campus for placements. Most of the roles offered by various companies were related to software development.

Memorable 4 years of my engineering life!

Placements: Did not apply for placements as I had my own family business. Got offers offline but as I had a descent backup I joined my own family business. Our college overall had descent placements with majority being selected by TCS and a base salary of 1.92lacs per annum (not sure). .

FCRIT Navi Mumbai review - Strict but Good college.

Placements: Placements is good enough if you are from Computer Science or Information Technology Course. Placements for core companies is somewhat less for Mechanical Engineering Course and negligible for Electronics and Telecommunication Course. Placement co-coordinator is very helpful in all the activities.

It's a jail. If you are studious and just want to study sincerely then dare to take the admission.

Placements: The placement provided is average. A maximum of two to three companies come for each branch which gives good packages. Then other companies are just to increase the placement percentage. For IT, computers and EXTC, a maximum of two MNC companies will be coming. For mechanical and electrical, hardly seven to eight students will be placed in good core companies.
