Few things of GCET which makes it better than other colleges.

Placements: There are around 300+ placements in our college last year, and the placements are currently going on. The students were offered a job in various MNCs like Infosys, TCS, L&T, etc. The highest stipend was around 6 LPA, while the normal or the regular stipend was around 3 LPA.

Infrastructure-wise, it is very good. Faculty members are not good; placements are average.

Placements: For the core companies, placement is average. Out of 65 students, only 15-17 students got the job in a core company. Other 15 students are selected for the information technology-based company. Major companies are L&T, Vadani, Torrent Power and Infosys.

Absolutely satisfied with good faculty members and placements.

Placements: The placements in the college are very good as per the knowledge, given by our faculties. This time, around 343 students got placed, and many companies like L&T, Infosys, Matrix, Reliance, Tech Mahindra, and such are recruiting some great students from us.

The best engineering college of West India.

Placements: Good placements for computer engineering students. Many companies are visiting campus following mass recruiters like Infosys, Techmahindra also visits the campus, and this time in 2017-18, Infosys recruited more than 80 students from CSE as well as other branches, so it's good for studying in GCET.

Education wise, a prominent college in the education hub of Gujarat.

Placements: There are placements in the technical as well as non-technical industries. If you are falling in the required criteria, you can even get selected in companies like Infosys and Tech Mahindra. The college would provide at least one placement call for you, even if you are in no criteria condition.

I really appreciate the faculty in IT, since I am in IT. They are really very helpful.

Placements: The placement in GCET is good in terms of just starting the career. If you are expecting 10-20 LPA, then it's not for you, but from GCET placement you will get a job in well-known companies. The companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra are annual recruiters here. In terms of the internship, the college is quite demoralising. They don't support your internship, and even they don't let your leave to be approved.

The placements are good, but nothing else is worthy.

Placements: The placements of the campus are good. Around, 70% of the students from our senior batch got placed in the different companies. The packages are not good enough, and it was around to 1.5-2.1 lakhs per year. Every year, the companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and much more visiting the campus to hire the students.

Overall, the college is good with the best faculty.

Placements: The placements record is better than the other colleges of GTU. Soft core branch is mostly preferred in this college as most of the IT companies visit this college. The companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Evosys, Godrej, L&T, Reliance, B&R automation, JSPL, etc(around 60 companies). The average CTC offered was around 3 LPA by Infosys, TCS, TechM and L&T offer 4.87 LPA. The college did not provide the internships. The college infrastructure is average. The best college to be in for engineering, in Gujarat.

Placements: The placement assistance is provided by the college, but it does not ensure 100% placements. The placement is very fair and not biased to specific students. TPO works hard to get right companies on campus and get students placed. The major visitor to the company was TCS and Infosys.

Overall, it is a good college because of all the facilities provided by them.

Placements: The placements are average. Almost 60-70% of the students get placed. The maximum salary offered by the company is 3.25 lakhs, and the minimum is 1.75 lakhs per year. The best company that comes is Infosys. Other companies are Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Quanta process, Expat system, TCS, Cybage, etc.

GCET college is a well-known institute in Gujarat. It's all engineering branches are very well.

In the chemical branch, the number placed students are 41 out of 60. Very popular companies have visited our college like TCS, Infosys, Reliance, Burger, Qunta, Alpha 9.

Placements: Placement in this college has been one of the most integral part which highlights the quality of engineer that it produces. Last year, placement in this college was one of the highest in entire Gujarat. And this year also placements are going on very nicely.

The quality of teaching is quite good.

Placements: The placements for the computer branch is around 98%. Almost all the students got placed. The package offered to them was around 3.5 LPA, the maximum package one can get was 5 LPA. Most branded companies like Infosys, Infochip, etc., the list goes on that come to GCET. One thing is that the company TCS do not visit the GCET campus. Even the professors help us to get placed.

GCET- Worth visiting for your admission

Placements: Many good companies like L&T, Infosys and many more visit here to hire fresh GETs. Around 60% students get placed. The students of every branch get a good opportunity to get placed according to their technical & personal skills. The placement cell of the college is hard working & brings as many companies as possible.

A college offering much more than education.

Placements: Almost every eligible student (who scores at least first class), are given a chance to appear in campus interview, and the students with 80%+ are getting placed. The average package is not attractive, but still, this college is providing good placement opportunities compared to other colleges for the chemical engineering department.

Quite bad faculty members and the campus is also very small.

Placements: The placement provisions are really very good. Last year, almost all the students of 60 were placed leaving back one or two of the companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc. Such good companies are coming for placements. Average package offered is 2-3 lakh while the maximum and minimum are 5.8 LPA and 1.5 LPA approximately.

Some of the faculty members are just awesome and college also gives good placements relatively.

Placements: It has a very good placement platform. They bring various companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. But on an average, they are giving packages of 3 to 3.5 lakhs. Lastly, 49 out of 60 were placed. The lowest salary offered is 1.5 lakhs while internships are preferred by students themselves. But, the college doesn't support by giving attendance to the students going to the internship.

Placements: We have the best placements among all the GTU colleges. Our placement cell is very active. In the last academic year i.e. 2016-2017, more than 349 students got placed in various MNCs or Indian companies. Also, our college supports us in off-campus recruitments.
