Review of G.S. College of Commerce.
Placements: In our course, approximately 120 students get admission. The salary offered is Rs.30,000 per month. It is based on your knowledge and experience. Almost all IT companies require computer engineers and software developers. Almost 70-80% of students get internships at top IT companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has good classrooms. The environment is very good. Every classroom has a projector. The seating area is quite large. The canteen is excellent. They can provide good-quality food to students. Wi-Fi is installed, but not for students.
Faculty: Every teacher is very helpful and humble. They properly guide students. They help a lot. Our department teachers are well-educated and well-informed. They conduct unit tests every month and also preliminary exams so students can get knowledge about question patterns.
Other: I chose this course because the IT sector is growing day by day. Our college provides us with good career options after this course.

The college has really good faculty members, teaching quality and sports activities.
Placements: It is one of the colleges of commerce in Nagpur. 100% placements are provided. Honours and finance and accounting courses are available. Bajaj Finance, Tata Motors-like companies recruited 90% of students. Teachers are good. MBA course is also available.
Infrastructure: The college has a library and computer classes for students. The reference section is the best part of our college, where students can go and study in a peaceful environment. The classrooms are good. Sports activities are conducted for students to freshen up.
Faculty: I would say exams are difficult in this college as it is an autonomous college. Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and help students with any problem they face. I like the faculty I got in my course. Overall, GS is a good college for management courses.
Other: Events are held. Scholarships are also available. Campus surroundings are good.

Our college is pretty good, but it can be much better if they take good care of students.
Placements: There are great opportunities in our college as top companies come to college. They offer average salary packages. College shows about 100 % placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the library are available in the college itself. There is no free Wi-Fi. But we have enough classrooms. But the hostel is at some distance from the college. Facilities like laptops, cameras, printers, projectors, etc., should be accessible for students. They should be given to them for timely needs. The bandwidth of the college should be able to handle a maximum number of requests.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, only if you are interactive. They take care of only some students. Overall teachers are good and a few are worst. Annual Whatuni Student Choice Awards (WUSCAs) highlight the incredible work carried out by institutions for their students. Due to Covid restrictions, this year's awards were not collected on university campuses as usual but instead based on submissions from institutions, which were then judged by our special student panel.
Other: Each course has its benefits.

Our college is good for knowledge, but there are no placements in our college.
Placements: Almost 90% of students from our course got placed. I do not know about the salary packages offered to the students. There are not many placements in our college, and about 80% of students are not placed by our college. Our college provides an internship for students who score 90% and above. Top roles are not offered in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities. It provides free Wi-Fi on campus. It provides a huge ground to play games like basketball, volleyball, and badminton with equipment. There is no hostel facility. Our college has one canteen, and the food served is not so good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it helps students ready for their jobs in their field. Semester exams are a bit difficult. The pass percentage is 80%.

It is an affordable college.
Placements: Students get placed in various companies of their choice. This process starts every year around September in the 3rd semester. Students with a 5.5 CGPA are eligible for this. Companies like FMCG, BFSI, Byju's, Kotak, Delloite, etc., visit for placements. The average salary package offered is around 6.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 18 LPA in the previous year.
Infrastructure: There is no negative thing about our college. The infrastructure is good. Our college has a wonderful environment to do various activities. They conduct activities like the medical tests, and physical tests every year.
Faculty: Faculty to student ratio is 1:65. Every faculty is very well-qualified and industrial expert with huge practical and theoretical knowledge. Exams are conducted after every 2 months, starting with mid-term and then finally to final term exam and between them, there are much other continuous evaluations of students. It is a very good course. It also covers extra-curriculum ideas and enhances your computer knowledge according to your basic knowledge of the computers. It describes us the knowledge about various computer languages such as C+, Java, etc.
Other: Our batch has not experienced the campus life but thanks to the management that at this time also they are doing great with the club activities and virtual annual fest. Clubs and fests are done by students under faculty guidelines. It was affordable. It is easy processing to select. College made constant efforts to help. The fee structure is very feasible as it covers laboratory fees, teaching fees, parking fees, etc. The annual fee charges are around Rs. 20,000-Rs. 25,000 for a student. There are various fees structure according to the course. Am aware of only one scholarship scheme that is Mahatma Jyotiba Fule Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan scholarship scheme in which a student is being paid a total amount of Rs. 5,000 annually. It has criteria to avail the benefit of this scheme.

It is the best college in Nagpur for any commerce course.
Placements: Our college provides good job placements and opportunities every year. Around 150 students get placed from college, and it is one of the only institutes to offer such high placements.
Infrastructure: The college has a three-storeyed hostel building with 100 beds. Boys' hostel has a boarding facility. The hostel is only 100 meters away from the main college complex and offers a single/double room facility. The hostel also has an indoor games facility. The library of our college is one of the largest libraries in central India with over 50,000 books. It subscribes to many national/ international journals, periodicals, and magazines. The library has spacious reading and reference rooms. It also has a Network Resources Centre (NRC) and an Inflibnet-List with access to over 75000 E-books/journals.
