I request you please don't take admission to this type of college because you will lose your money.

Placements: I am one of the students who got trapped by the scammer. In my knowledge, this is one of the worst colleges in Bhubaneswar. The placement they are giving, you can get it without experience or knowledge, and the maximum salary or package (12000 to 15000 rupees per month) is not more than that. If you want to study at a good institute or college that provides a good study environment and good faculty members, those institutions provide well-rounded activities that will help you in your career as w...

I am dissatisfied with infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements are not good. Very few companies visit to hire students and offered a very low salary of Rs. 14,000-16,000 per month, which is not enough to sustain daily life in big cities like Bangalore. Only 30-50% of the students got placed. Most of the companies are IT-based and very few core company visit our college.

Devastated placement department. You can't learn engineering here, but can get only certificates.

Placements: Coming to placements, it is totally devastated. Management is making their students fools. More than 15 companies came to recruit students from this campus, but I am feeling very shameful to say that more than 90% of them are fake. All the students suffered after joining the companies and rest didn't get the offer letter even after paying ten thousand rupees as placement fees.

It's a Completely fake College just Selling the degrees except that every thing in this College is 0

Placements: Placements of my College is very poor. In my batch only 5% of Students with very low salary packages of 1.8 to 2 lacks per annum were Placed and what to say about my seniors placements they were also in the same situation. Actually it is not an Institution, it is a Business market where they are Selling degrees. In my College most of the companies who are coming for placements are fake. It is happening every year. College providing zero internship only 2 to 3 Companies are visiting for campus th...

Utterly money minded institution with a careless management.

Placements: There are very poor placements here. However, college claims that it has 90% placement, but it's a lie. Very few and non-popular companies visit this college and reject most of them afterwards, even when they are selected. In short, college is more interested in taking money from students than making them.

It is all totally an average college with no better placement.

Placements: The placements are worst, especially for civil engineering and electrical engineering department. Not a single student got a better Job of these departments. The placement is a little bit good for computer science department students as maximum companies were from IT sector.

The fact of GEC college that everyone knows, but don't want to tell.

Placements: Ridiculous placement ever I have seen in this college as I am a 2017 pass out, I didn't get any placements because of ridiculous behaviour. They didn't help students in the difficult time during the examination. They always told us to come next week and not now. They show such behaviour just because of their ego. Even their placement department charge a huge amount for this.

Absolutely not a good college for students who want good studies.

Placements: Apart from TCS and Tech Mahindra, no other reputed companies visit the college. The placement training in this college is purely TCS-oriented. The salary offered by these companies is the highest in the college (3-3.5 LPA). Hardly 150 students out of 1000 make it to these companies. Rest of the students are offered jobs in BPO and call centers with around 1.5 LPA salary. Irrespective of their branch, the students are sent as 'associate engineer' in the two companies. There is no good company for...

Bad college. Please don't join this college.

Placements: Placements were not so good in my batch and senior batch also. In my batch, at least 70% students were placed. The highest salary offered was 3.8 LPA by the company called Infinite, the lowest salary offered was 1.2 LPA by Affixy and the average the salary offered was 1.8 LPA. Lots of small-scale companies visited our college like Affixy, Medhaj, Arouin, Kanban Infosystems, Edge Technologies, Hexaware, Path Partner, Tech Mahindra, Sunsally, Emphasis, TCS, HGS, Globusofft, Elctrolab etc. Fewer st...

Completely disapointed because of the fraud nature of placement cell of my college.

Placements: The placement of GEC is devastating as the number of students placed in 2016 batch is more than 80% but all the companies are fake. The placement director is just fooling the students by conducting fake campus interviews. The highest salary package offered was 3.8 lakhs which was fake also and the lowest salary offered is 5000 per month for a B.Tech graduate student. They are taking a bribe from students to offer a job. Almost 90% companies are fake like SJ Solution, Jagrati Constructions, Kanba...

Take admission at your own risk.

Placements: Fake companies comes to recruit students so that to improve the percentage of placement records for future admission. Weak pre-placement training are given to the students. No relevant details are provided about the visiting companies. They are not satisfied by the course fees paid by the students and still they demand rupees 10000 extra during placement time. They still ask for money after getting a job. The college is unable to provide placement but they assure the students and parents to give...

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placements and college management.

Placements: Placements of this college are 10-20%. Average salary offered is somewhat 10-12K per month. Companies that you would have never heard off visited our campus & when the students call the company HR for details of the campus selection, they told no such campus has been planned to be conducted. No roles were offered to students by our college & also, there is no scope of development of any student. College does not provide any internship tot the students. Stipend had be offered to 10 students as pe...

This is not a good college. If you are taking admission in this college then you are making the biggest mistake of your life. The faculty is totally inexperienced. The management always tortures the students. Many hidden charges are drawn in the name of trust. The faculty is not at all cooperative. I strongly recommend you not to join this college.

The worst decision of my life. Don't ruin your career. Money will come back, ruined career won't.

Placements: During my batch of 2017, hardly 40 to 50 students got placed from a batch of 700 students. This only showed how good the college wass about placements. The companies which visited for placements were below average and few of them were startups providing 10k to 15k monthly salary and that also in locations like Pune, Bangalore, PAN India. Few of the good companies which visited for placements were GGK Technologies, Cavisson System, Qualitas Global, Ways2Capital, EpicResearch. The sad part is that...
