The GATE 2025 admit card for admission to the MTech course will be available for download from Jan 7, 2025. Additionally, the GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
Here are some additional updates regarding the Genba Sopanrao Moze College Of Engineering:
- The MAH MBA CET 2025 registrations are open for admission to MBA/PGDM and MMS courses, and the last date to apply is Jan 25, 2025. The MAH MBA CET 2025 exam will be held on Mar 17, 18, and 19, 2025.
- The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam for admission to BE/BTech courses is scheduled to be held between Jan 22 and Jan 29, 2025. For BArch and BPlan courses, the exam is to be conducted on Jan 30, 2025.
- The CAT 2024 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates can log in and download their scorecards on the official website.
- The MHT CET 2025 registrations are open for admission to BE/BTech and Integrated BTech courses, and the last date without a late fee is Feb 15, 2025. The MHT CET 2025 exam will be scheduled from Apr 19 to Apr 27, 2025 (except Apr 24, 2025).
- The XAT 2025 registration for the MBA/PGDM courses is now closed. The XAT 2025 exam will be conducted on Jan 5, 2025.
- ATMA 2025 Feb session registrations are open for admission to MBA/MMS/PGDM courses; the last date to apply is Feb 4, 2025. The ATMA 2025 exam for the Feb session will be held on Feb 16, 2025.
- The MAH MCA CET 2025 registrations are open for admission to the MCA course, and the last date to apply is Jan 25, 2025. The MAH MCA CET 2025 exam will be held on Mar 23, 2025.

There are many companies that I have visited till now, and most of them have the student get a nice job in them.

One or two small scale companies used to come, but they declined the offers after the students completed their degree, hence the companies come for name sake only.

A College for a Job Person
Placements: I did Mechanical engineering here and not even a single placement call I got from the college, meanwhile my friends studying in the IT department got many opportunities. The highest package was 800,000 per annum while the lowest was 250,000. About 25% students got placed from the IT department. Top roles offered were QA analyst, web developer, Data analyst, and Process Engineer.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is decent, allows three students in a room with separate lockers and beds. Mess is also good, medical facilities and also a large playground for games like football and cricket. Not really a crowded place, might be good for some people but if you want to enjoy hostel life, then this isn't really good.
Faculty: Teachers here are quite helpful and supportive, well-experienced and guide very well. The course isn't really making you industry-ready, you'll have to learn things at your workplace when you move out to get a job. Quite difficult to manage submission and exam pressure as you have new subjects every semester. The minimum passing marks are 40/100 for each subject.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering as I wanted to do this. If you are looking to do Mechanical Engineering, I would suggest trying to find some other college because the placement facilities for this branch are not really good. Events, fests, campus crowd, everything is just okay. If this is your concern, then this college isn't really good for you.

Infrastructure and faculty are very good.
Placements: 30 students are placed in the old batch. 11 LPA is the highest package. Tata and many other companies come to. My college has a big campus for students and there is a big library. Placement is not well, but fewer students are placed in my college.
Infrastructure: Infra is not better, but good. The teachers are very supportive, and it helps to crack the exam. The hostel is available for only girls. There is a big ground available for students, and sports games are occurring in the college. The library is good. Entry to the campus is not allowed without a college ID.
Faculty: The faculty is very good. They are very supportive. Exams are very strictly conducted. Exams are very hard, but the teachers are very supportive. They help the students crack any exam. There are events organized in my college for festivals like Ram Navmi and Maha Shivratri by the event committee.

A review of Genba Sopanrao Moze College Of Engineering.
Placements: In the Computer and IT branch of our 2023 batch, a significant number of students, ranging from 70 to 80%, successfully secured placements in renowned companies like Smakhire, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, L&D, Barclays, Aloha, Cognizant, Wipro, Vi, Jio, and more. These placements offered attractive packages ranging from 4 LPA to 8 LPA, with diverse roles such as Graduate Analyst, BDA, Programmer, System Engineer, and others. Nevertheless, the college's TPO and alumni network could benefit from further enhancement.
Infrastructure: The college lacks sufficient facilities, with inadequately equipped labs and outdated hardware. Wi-Fi is available, but the reading room is insufficient, and students are not allowed to take books home. The canteen and mess offer limited variety, and events and games are conducted at an average level, lacking larger, more inclusive events.
Faculty: The college employs teachers who have recently completed their M.Tech, lacking teaching experience. As a result, they may not be well-versed in exams and struggle to complete the syllabus on time, placing a burden on students. Exams are conducted by the university and are challenging, with only 70% of students passing in our batch during offline exams.

College faculty is good.
Placements: No student in my college has been placed in a job related to their field of study. This is disappointing, especially since this is the third batch of students to graduate with this major. On the other hand, computer science students have been placed in jobs with an average salary of 9 LPA. These students have been placed with companies like TCS, Wipro, and Tata Steel.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not fancy, but it's sufficient for students to learn. The classrooms are well-equipped with good seating and projectors. The labs are fully facilitated with proper WiFi routers and range. The college also has good faculty members who are knowledgeable and supportive. The college offers a variety of activities, including sports and clubs. The college also provides hostels for girls.
Faculty: Some are PhDs and some are professors. They have good knowledge of the courses they teach. However, the course curriculum is only about 20% effective in preparing students for the industry. Students need to take extra courses or learn additional skills to be industry-ready. Passing semester exams is not that hard; you can easily pass by scoring 12 marks out of 30 and 28 out of 70, as per SPPU university rules.
Other: I chose this course because I want to work as a data analyst in the industry. In this course, we can learn about AI, build AI tools, and work with them. While AI is still under development, I am eager to learn and develop AI tools with this course.

Absolutely good faculty, infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Our college focuses on the opportunity to be given to a student. Our college's average package is 4 lakh per annum and highest package this year is 20 lakh given by Siemens Company, and many companies give internships for development of student skills and many more activities.
Infrastructure: Our college do not have boys hostel but it has girls hostel, which is 4-story building which is well maintained by the college staff and our college mess and canteen serve good and healthy food to everyone and hostel mess is also good, as we came to know by our female friends.
Faculty: Our college faculty is good and experienced, as they teach us in good and efficient manner. Our college helps in providing all the skills required to us for further development by the faculty. Our exams are held in college itself in 2 forms, insem and endsem, which is held in gap of 3 months.
Other: I'm the student of second year in this college but I feel great to be a part of GSMC. Our college has the various fests; one of them is UMANG, which is the biggest event held in the college.
