Satisfied with faculty but really disappointed with placements and crowd.
Placements: Placement options are not good in our college. Very few companies visit the college for placements. There is no TPO available in our college for placement purposes. Our college does not provide on-campus placements. Only 5% of our seniors got placed by our college. The average salary was about Rs. 5-10 thousands per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, as it is outside the city, there is greenery all around. Our college does not support any sports and games, but it has all the facilities for sports. There are no Wi-Fi and medical facilities, but college has good labs to work in. Hostel rooms are the best compared to any college, with attached washrooms, and there are only three persons per room.
Faculty: The faculty are well qualified and good. They help the students in their problems. Our college faculty are better than any other private engineering colleges in Punjab. In here, the teaching quality of the teachers is the best. Industry exposure is provided once a month by our college staff. The course curriculum is not useful at all.
Other: There are no events in our college except one fest, and that is not appropriate for colleges nowadays. It is good for having a maximum crowd from Jammu & Kashmir. Our college provides a scholarship for every student who falls under such category.

Other: Firstly I like my college due to its peaceful environment as I live in Chandigarh. Infrastructure is very good, beautiful environment, but the main point is study like other our colleges our college is also focusing on theory not on practical due to which me or my other friends are facing a problem of unemployment because we don't have practical knowledge which is required in the job as they offer us 8000-10000 for 12 hours per day which creates lots of frustration. Placement is good only for CSE, ECE and EEE, but it is equally bad in case of mechanical and civil. Not even a single company come in our campus. Teachers are very good and supportive and will definitely help you. Sports facilities are available but they don't allow you to play because they are quite strict. No one knows about this college and PTU is bull shit. They don’t know how to check exams. Please do your with some reputed college.

The worst Decision of my life.
Placements: I have not gone through that phase yet, but I had many friends among seniors, who were not satisfied with the placements and all. Placements are usually offered by low class private ferms who asked them for a labour kind of job and our college with proudness tells every single student that thay have got Dell, Mitsubishi and other renovened companies coming up for placements.
Infrastructure: College has a lot of land with only three tall old buildings which are not maintained properly. There is electricity as well as water issues around here. They never provide the basic amenity for the students, how can they maintain the infrastructure.
Faculty: In our department only three teachers would really be called as 'teachers' others don't even know a single thing about the course, a teacher who was an ex-student of the same college, still has some backlogs to clear, what would he teach the students?
Other: All the events, games and fests are conducted by asking students for the money in different ways. The basic income of the college is through implying fine on the students. That also on meaningless excuses, if students refuses to pay, his internals are stopped and other issues are created.

A good college to gain quality knowledge and grow
Placements: A good college for grasping knowledge. The placement is quite good. About 40 - 50 % of students got placed this year with pretty good packages. The average package given to students was about 5-6 lacs per annum. It totally depends on the practical knowledge of the students. Moreover if the students have good passion for their subject they don't have to worry, they will get placed in a good company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good with the best studying environment. The classrooms are well maintained and air conditioners are there in every classroom and the hostel is connected with centralised AC. The food given to the students is tasty and good for the health of students. The labs are also well maintained especially the practical labs and all the equipments are available in a good working condition. The whole campus is connected with Wi-Fi. The campus is situated in a village surrounded by different kinds of trees with availability of fresh air. All important facilities are available there. I spend years there and I did not face any problem related to the infrastructure.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and friendly to all the students. They were well qualified and knowledgeable and always guided us at every step of life. They teach us through PPTs and performing practicals. The student to the faculty ratio was good. the students were taken for industrial tours on weekends. The course curriculum was very useful to us.
Other: Events and fests are organised every year. The campus is surrounded with different types of trees and agricultural land. Scholarships are given to the students belonging to schedule castes and on merit basis.
