• Eligibility: ME/ MTech or equivalent degree in the concerned branch with 55% aggregate Or BTech/ BE/ AMIE in a relevant branch of Engineering 

(Relaxation of 5% aggregate or an equivalent for SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ Differently-abled category candidates)

• Selection: Entrance exam* (PhD Entrance Test (PET), UGC-NET (including JRF)/ CSIR NET (including JRF)/ ICMR/ GATE/ GPAT/ SLET) score + Interview 

*Exempted from entrance exam:

       -MPhil degree holders

       -Candidates serving as Project Fellows in the projects sanctioned by national funding agencies

       -Executives/ Administrators/ Engineers/ Scientists with at least TEN years of service in Govt./ Quasi Govt./ Judiciary Public sector organisations/ Public and Private limited companies

• Total fee: INR 90,000 (INR 1,60,000 for part-time)
