Q: What are people's opinions on GLBIM for BBA?

BBA is a good course for UG level for the people coming from the commerce background. However, many people don't consider it be so good, but it totally depends on the individual's choice. You need to score good in your subjects in 12th with minimum aggreagte of 50% (for General and OBC category) and for minimum 40% for SC and ST category. Candidates need to apply online on its website and meet the admission councellor at Noida campus. Selects are needed to attend for PI round and the final selects are based on performance and merit. The college offers scholarship to the high performing meritorious students of around INR 25000 per annum.

Good and decent; teachers are well-educated.

Placements: Placement is very good at the college. Students even receive pre-placement offers from internships provided by the college itself. There is no bias in getting a placement, and many companies visit the college every year, which is quite good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are AC facilities, and the library is very impressive. The classrooms are spacious, and smart boards are available. You can participate in sports and other activities, and teachers are supportive in these areas.

Faculty: The syllabus is covered before the exams, and the teachers are good. You can ask any questions about issues you're facing. While the subject syllabus is covered well, there is limited experience in other curricular activities.

Other: I wanted a decent college near home with less crowd and decent students. It sometimes feels like school, but that is okay for me.

Absolutely Satisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2024.

Placements: The percentage of placement in the previous year was above 95%. The highest package for last year was about 10 LPA, and the lowest package was about 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Genpact, Chetu, etc. Mostly every student at the end of the 2nd year is getting internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: GL Bajaj also provides better classrooms, including projectors, air conditioning (ACs), comfortable benches, and windows for ventilation. They also provide labs for students to learn computer applications, as well as a library for self-learning. The quality of food in the canteen is also good.

Faculty: GL Bajaj is known for the quality of education and the training programs and seminars they provide to their students. Teachers at GL Bajaj have a generous nature; they are very caring towards students and also solve their doubts and problems related to subjects.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management.

Placements: The placements are quite good; most of us get placed in good companies if we don't have any backlogs. It's certain that you will get placed. The average package offered is about 3–4 LPA. The roles offered vary based on study and internship experience.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, with air-conditioned classrooms and a separate canteen. The library is nice, with ample books available, although the area is relatively small. However, they are expanding the college, so this will not be a problem in the upcoming years.

Faculty: Exams are held monthly, and the exam level is quite good; it makes us familiar with our upcoming semester exams. The teachers are well-experienced and educated. Typically, they are the ones who gain respect instantly. They are very supportive and understanding. If we study, they will have a good image of us.

Other: The fests are very rare, although we get educational trips.

Placements: The overall structure of the college facilitates placements through the college placement cell. Approximately 80% of the students get placed in the placement cell. The average package at the college is 5 LPA for BBA, with the lowest package at 3 LPA and the highest at 12 LPA. Many companies visit the GL Bajaj placement cell, with top recurring companies including Byju's, Autodesk, and various consulting services companies. Around 50% of the students also secure internships through the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The classrooms are modern, with AC in every class. Overall, the college provides a very clean and eco-friendly atmosphere for learning. There is also a well-maintained library available.

Review of G. L institute of management.

Placements: About 70% students get placed in college placements. The highest package in 2023 is 10 LPA and the lowest is around 2 LPA with an average of 4 LPA. About 50% students get internships from the college itself. Top roles include HR and business development head.

Infrastructure: There are no college hostels for students but the infrastructure is good. There are fully furnished classrooms with Wi-Fi and projectors. Classrooms are Wifi enabled and there is a central library having good books. There is no availability of hostel in college for students.

Faculty: The teachers are average. Some of them are PhD holders while some are only graduates. The teaching quality is just average of my course. The course curriculum is relevant and can be taught to the students to build their career. Semester exams are not too much tough, except for one or two exams. In each semester, one can easily pass.

Other: I always wanted to build my career in commerce field so I chose this course. The best thing is that you can learn new things about business management.

Placements: The highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The companies that recruited the most students were HCL and IDBI Bank. Only 60% of the students were placed, and most of those were placed in sales. Only 20% of the students got internships from the college. If you are a management trainee, you will likely be placed in a core sales position where you will be responsible for hiring and firing.

Infrastructure: This college is good, and the hostel is good as well. However, the campus is not very big, and there are a lot of restrictions, like in school. There are new buildings and the campus is air-conditioned. The mess and canteen are average. The college conducts sports activities, but there are no medical facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are very average. They complete the syllabus, but you won't get any exposure to real MBA. You won't feel like you are really pursuing an MBA. However, the curriculum is relevant, and the semester exams are good. The pass percentage is 95%.
