Short review of GMCH college for nursing.

Placements: I am from batch 2023 B.Sc. Nursing (currently in second year, 3rd sem nursing). Almost everyone, but placement doesn’t depend upon the college as there is no direct placement. Placement depends upon how good you studied in your course. The highest – many of the students cleared NCLEX from our college. The lowest – can’t say anything. Generally, students prefer to work in AIIMS. Yes, everyone gets a chance for an internship.

I can't say this college is good or bad, but placement is good, and the future is secure.

Placements: All students were placed as it is a medical college and MBBS as a degree allows everyone to earn money. Everyone was allowed for internships. Some crack their NEET PG, and some of them go towards USMLE and PLAB for pursuing their medicine from abroad.

My MBBS journey at GMC, Chandigarh.

Placements: GMCH is the best medical college in India. At GMCH, all the students get internships for our course. For placements, students have to pass the PG Exam, and on this basis, they get placed in various hospitals. The average package offered for our course was 5–8 LPA.

Our college provides great internships.

Placements: No placements are provided here because it's a medical college, but you can join a hospital of your choice. You can also prepare for NEET PG for 1 year and then do a speciality course like MD or MS. An internship of one year is compulsory, for which you get a stipend of Rs. 31,000 per month, which is above average.

Our college is the best in all aspects especially highly qualified faculty members.

Placements: Almost 20-30% of students got placed in our course with respect to my college's population percentage. The highest salary package offered was around Rs.60000 - Rs.70000 per annum and the lowest salary package offered was around Rs.30000 - Rs.40000 per annum. There are many government-recognised hospitals of Punjab that recruit students from our course. Around 20-40% of students got internships from the leading hospitals of Punjab. The main role of our course is a doctor or medical field job.

College life at GMCH, Chandigarh, is great.

Placements: It is one of the best medical colleges in India. Hence, the placements are good. The college does not provide any placements in companies, but after doing MBBS, getting a job is easy. The college provides a 1-year compulsory internship inside the hospital, which is also paid.
