Good institute for pursuing your degree in BIDAR !
Placements: The placement percentage this year of my branch was approximately 85 to 90 percent. The highest package offered was 8lpa and the lowest was 3 LPA and average came out to be 4 to 4.5 LPA. The major companies include TCS, Wipro and Wie labs, etc. The major roles offered to students of my branch were software developer, designer, web developer, etc.
Infrastructure: We have good furniture in classrooms with 6 fans in each room and Air conditioning for labs which requires it. Also we have a department library which is separate from the main library. The hostel rooms also are in good condition and the food provided in hostel is of good quality. Our hostel has veg food. It serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 times tea.
Faculty: The teachers are well versed in their own fields.
Most of them have 8 to 10 years experience of teaching in this college which makes them very much efficient in understanding our difficulties. And talking about the course it is the most relevant course which will boost in the coming years.
The pass percentage is 75 to 80 and depends sometimes on the toughness of the subject.
Other: The scope in this field made me choose this course and the evergreen nature of the course which made me confident that I can excel in this field and make my career. Also we have various cultural, technical and techno cultural events organised every year.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Around 4 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Students won't get any internship from our course. They provide fewer placement opportunities for our course. Our faculty members develop a program which is organised by the college. Our college doesn't provide good placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Wi-Fi facility is not available in our college. They provide labs, classrooms, and a library. Our college provides us with sports and games facilities.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. Many good teachers left the college. They are not recruiting teachers for us. The course is good. The pass percentage is good.
Other: I opted for this course because it is an evergreen branch. Many events are held in our college.

Guru Nanak Dev Engineering college .
Placements: I am from ECE batch. Only 25% of the students from my senior batch got placement. Avg package is 4lpa and the highest package is 8LPA. Tcs Bajaj and TVS motors are the top companies. Only few students got internship from our course. Top roles are developed, graphic designer .
Infrastructure: We have digital classroom where we can study and understand the things easily. Wi-Fi in every department is provided. We have two canteen which are very good. Well maintained ground for track and field and volleyball, basketball, badminton grounds are there .
Faculty: Teachers are very experienced they are working since many years and they are passed out from the same college. Semester exams are very strict in our college. So only few students are able to clear all the subjects. We have cameras in every classroom which is observed during exams.
Other: I want to work in semiconductor industry so I choose this course. We have only one event every year. College campus is good with well developed infrastructure and libraries .

Satisfied with some amazing teachers.
Placements: Mostly placed students are having high percentage and TP cell places them. The highest is around 16LPA in previous batch and the lowest can be somewhere around 3LPA
mostly service based companies come like TCS, techdenali etc. Associate software engineer or related field for CS/IT.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good compared to others in the city. It has Wi-Fi access and labs and digital library and classrooms equipped with projectors and. Canteen food is good and there is also hostel separate for boys and girls. Each department has its own facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. In some cases strict attendance criteria is required. Curriculum changes year wise based on university. Students can pass the exam and score good and the pass percentage varies from dept.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in the Computer Science field and the best thing about my batch was, I got to meet some amazing teachers and mentors who were supportive through the semester.

Overall, it's a good college.
Placements: Placements are good. Approximately 80% of students are placed. The minimum salary package is 6 LPA. Many companies visit our college, like Infosys and Wipro, with an average salary of 6 LPA. The college also provides good facilities for placements and students get their dream jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good according to the place it is situated. Everything is provided according to the needs of the student. Every facility provided by the college is good. Still, development is needed.
Faculty: The college is affiliated with VTU. Exams are pretty well set according to the university. Revaluation is strict. As the college is affiliated with VTU, exams are pretty fair, according to the students. Overall, it is a very good college. Faculty members are very helpful.
Other: It's a good college according to the place it's situated. Government seats are also provided.

GNDEC - Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
Placements: Placements in our college are very poor. Due to the lack of top companies in our city, no companies visit our college because it is far away from Bangalore. In our college, what lectures teach is not enough to get placements. Around 50% of students got placed. Students should search for placements by themselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It is the biggest college in our city. It contains many branches. All facilities are good. The lab is good. Our college has a ground, an auditorium, and a garden.
Faculty: Our college is under VTU, so exams are conducted according to its rules and dates. Faculty members are not good at teaching. Some of them are good but not all. There are many courses in our college like computer science and engineering, information science, and electrical and electronics engineering. Most of the lectures belong to the Singh caste.
Other: My house is near to the college, so I opted for it. I am enjoying my college because all students in the college are my school friends and relatives. Our college has a play group, so we play a lot.
