Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what you need to know:

    * Placement Record: While the college claims to have a decent placement record, with around 60% of students getting placed, the salaries offered seem to be average (around 3-7 LPA). However, top roles are rare, and most students opt for lower-level positions.

    * Extracurricular Activities: The college organizes various events, festivals, and competitions, which are enjoyable and stimulating.

    * Reputation: Gobardanga Hindu College is a reputed institution, recognised for its academic excellence and placement records.

Flexible Curriculum with Strong Focus on Soft Skills, Diverse Career Paths, and Personal Growth.
Placements: No specific percentage of students were placed in my course. No placements for pass-out students. No companies visited for my course. 0% of students got internships from my college because it's a B.A. course, not an industrial training course. No major roles are offered.
Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are available for this course. The quality of facilities in my hostel and the food available in the mess and canteen are average. There is a big playground for us, and cricket tournaments are held in this ground in winter.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Most B.A. programs include a combination of core courses that focus on liberal arts education. Yes, it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are a little tough in this college. 70-80% of students pass.
Other: A diverse range of subjects, flexibility in career options, and the development of transferable skills are the reasons I chose this course. The freedom is the best thing about this course. The placement system will improve. There is a cricket tournament in winter, a lively campus, and some scholarships are available.
