It is just not an institution but also a place of realistic approaches.

Placements: Companies like Wipro, Infosys visit our campus, and surely TCS visit our campus to recruit many students. The main drawback here is we do not get any internship opportunities from college. If students are interested in internships, they should apply and do on their own. There are different faculty members for providing training for placements to the final year students of B.Com and BCA. A placement officer is also available to train the students.

Overall, I am satisfied with the teaching and facilities available in the college.

Placements: There is no internship facility at our college. So if any students are interested in doing internships, they must apply and do themselves. Not many companies, but companies like Infosys, TCS, etc., visited our campus for recruiting students. However, only a few students get placed. There is a placement officer, but since I am pursuing degree first-year, so I don't have much idea regarding that. in first year of pursuing degree I have no enough knowledge about it.

Compared to other colleges in the city, ours is the best college for B.Com.

Placements: Our college provides the best placements. Students who pursue education from this college work in the best companies. It's one of the best colleges in the city. It has a high placement percentage among the colleges in the city. If you want a career just after B.Com, you can get a good placement based on your skills and help from the college.

No value for fees you pay.

Placements: Poor placement record. You won't get a job more than 40k salary a month if you get placed from here. No reputed companies come here. The companies expect industry relevant skills and abilities in the students which we are not taught with. So, placements are not much good.

It is a really good college for those who want to do something new.

Placements: Companies visited the campus for placements, but only a few students got selected. The academic scores are not that much necessary. All depends upon your knowledge and skills. But students should have a minimum of 60% in academics to attend placement drives. Many companies like Infosys, Tata, and others visited the campus for placements.

The college is not up to the mark.

Placements: Placements in the college are not up to the mark. Only a few companies visit the college for placements, and not many students got placed in the college placements. The companies that visit the college provide very less package. Internship is not provided by the college. Students do not ready to work on their overall development. The college is not worth as no function is conducted for the overall development of the students.

An honest review of Gogte College of Commerce.

Placements: The placement for B.Com in Gogte is not great. Hardly, a few students got selected. All are local companies visit the campus for the placements, and the MNC companies visit less to the campus. The package they offer is 10-15K per month. There is no internship programme for B.Com, and there is no proper placement officer.

Overall, it's a good college in this city.

Placements: There is least number of companies that come for campus recruitment, and only a few students got recruited. Some of the companies that visited for recruitment are IBM, Siemens, Concentrix and a few more. There is no internship placement. There is a placement cell, which is effective as of now.

Gogte is the best since last 25 years & it's continues to be such.

Placements: I got placed in concentric, and our college has a very supportive placement cell. Also, it is a most reputed commerce college in the Karnataka state, so many companies visit here for the campus drive. Also, many companies have come in the year 2017, and there was an internship programme for the 2nd year students.

A perfect place for development.

Placements: In our batch, we had good placements. I myself was placed in 2 companies- Wipro and TCS. In total, there were 33 people out of 87 who were placed. Among the rest, there were a few who did not attend the interviews. There were companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Capgemini, etc. that visited for campus placements. Many of us were also placed in 2 or 3 companies. The training to attend these campus drives was provided on the college campus by the campus placement department. ...

Average college that focuses on theory most.

Placements: Placements are not a part of us now as we are just beginners in the course. However, only students with a grade point average of more than 75% are eligible to enrol in the college course. Till now, Wipro and Amazon are the top companies that have come in to recruit students from our college.
