Infrastructure: The college has a good reputation and the infrastructure is decent, with clean labs and classrooms. However, the college lacks sports facilities.
Faculty: Gokaraju Lailavathi Women Engineering College is a good college with a good reputation. The faculty members are qualified and experienced, and they are cooperative and kind, always willing to help. The curriculum is relevant and industry-ready.
Other: The college has a good reputation and decent infrastructure, with clean labs and classrooms. However, the college lacks sports facilities, which would be a nice addition.

A genuine talk about Glelwec College.
Placements: More than 70% of the students are placed with good salary packages in reputable companies. Top recruiting companies include Wells Fargo, Accenture, and others. Internships are available to every student based on their skills and management. Many students are placed as developers.
Infrastructure: The college is known for its infrastructure. There are more than enough classrooms with well-equipped furniture and Wi-Fi. There is an open library for all years with a variety of books by different authors. Labs are available for every subject and course.
Faculty: All faculty members have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of teaching. Faculty members are student-friendly and help impart knowledge. They are very supportive when it comes to innovation. The college is affiliated with Osmania University, so the semester examinations are evaluated strictly.

My honest review of GLWEC!
Placements: Ours is the first batch of this college, so placements have not yet started in our college. It has been promised that they'll bring placements from the main branch. We hope we'll get placement offers from well-known companies like Tata, Infosys and Accenture.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor at this college. It basically looks like a hospital building. The classrooms are quite spacious and well ventilated. Labs has very good equipment. Wi-Fi is available in labs but not in classrooms. I was not in the hostel but as per my friends feedback, the food was average. Mobile phones are not acceptable in college.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good and supportive. The curriculum is designed by Osmania University. It covers the important topics as per their branch. The curriculum is very relevant and impressive. It is easy to comprehend the curriculum. The semester exams are quite easy if you follow the prescribed textbooks.
Other: The course was on the trend and I always wanted to be in the software field and pursue it to excel in my career.

Pack your bags and get ready for placements.
Placements: Around 60% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies include Wells Fargo, Accenture, and others. The highest salary package offered was around 33 LPA, the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. And the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Roles offered include developer, designer, technician, analyst, and programmer.
Infrastructure: Every classroom has a Wi-Fi router. There are both technical labs and workshop labs available. Classrooms are equipped with whiteboards and projectors, and faculty use both teaching aids effectively. Hostel provides clean rooms and healthy food for the students.
Faculty: All faculty members are well-trained and have a minimum of five years of experience. Every faculty member is a graduate, and some hold a master’s degree as well. College is affiliated with Osmania University, so semester exams are of moderate difficulty. This course prepares students to be industry-ready.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure, placements, and facilities.
Placements: 40% of students from our course were placed in placements from our course. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The lowest package was 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies visits our college to take interviews and to provide placements. 50% of students got internships from our course. The top recruiting companies were Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, Accenture, etc.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with good facilities, infrastructure, a good wifi connection, neat classrooms, a well-stocked library, etc. are there. There is also a hostel facility with good-quality food in the mess. There are also other facilities like canteens, medical facilities, sports and games, etc.
Faculty: Good faculty with a friendly nature, well educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. Good teaching quality in faculty is helpful for us. There are 2 semesters throughout one year. Tech is for four years so there are 6 semester examinations. The pass percentage of semester examinations is 60%. The course curriculum is also good. It makes the students industry ready for further studies in the future.

All in all, an average college.
Placements: The first batch of students has yet to graduate, so we still don't know much about placements. However, no one in the third year secured internships. All the students feel little hope for securing placements. But the management does have placement training going on, working to secure a good package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-developed; you have access to all the equipment. All the labs are well-equipped, there's Wi-Fi in classrooms, and the canteen does have good food. The library also has access to many academic books. The hostel is good.
Faculty: The teachers are mostly helpful and strict in ensuring the academic growth of the students. All the core subject teachers do have a grip on all the subjects they teach. The courses are affiliated with Osmania University; however, I feel they are quite outdated given the fast-paced development of the IT sector.
Other: There are almost no extracurricular activities. Sports are encouraged; the college hosts annual sports days too. I wish the faculty could provide more insights on developing technical skills and enhancing students' career growth by providing them knowledge about the field.
