    Really good infrastructure, very aesthetic.
Placements: Placement are usually not proposed by the college but a lot of opportunities are proposed to the students, so it's not a very crucial matter.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Who loves old Kolkata vibes will definitely love the atmosphere here. We have library, canteen, studios, games, medicine facilities available in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. The students can gain a lot of knowledge. In west Bengal, this is the best University for students preparing for BFA. The course makes the students industry ready.
Other: In my course, we have many qualified teachers in our faculty from whom we can gain lots and lots of knowledge. Events, Fest, Campus Crowd, Connectivity, Campus Surroundings, Scholarship, Extracurricular Activities, etc., everything is held in our university.

Review of Government College of Arts and Crafts, Kolkata.
Placements: There is a small amount of students getting in every year. There is no package system in our college. There is no placement provided by the college. In this college, any famous alumni like Jamini Roy, Ganesh Payne, Jogen Chowdhary, etc. This is a government college, so in this college you can get Swami Vivekanand scholarship .
Infrastructure: The faculty is very helpful but in painting Indian style. There is no faculty right now, so be aware of that. Classrooms were good. The GCC library is one of the best library in India. But unfortunately, you can't access it there because of poor management. This college had a hostel but not anymore .
Faculty: In this college, the teachers were the top in Kolkata. They're so helpful. This course makes you industry-ready for things like textile design, ceramics, design wood and leather, applied art, etc. The exam was very tough but the pass percentage is 70-80%.
Other: If you want to be an artist, it's not necessary to be in art college, but it's really effective because of the artist community.
