The college is good for IT but not for other courses.

Placements: The placements are good for IT students. For the civil department, there are less placements. Companies such as L&T and Shapoorji Palonji provide placements. There is a dedicated placement cell, and it works well and provides aptitude training programs free with good academy collaboration.

It is good for research labs and good for advance learning.

Placements: There is no placements assistance for M.Tech students, neither internships also. Until now, none of the students got placements from 2020 pass out batch. Our college is good for B.Tech only. If you want to pursue M.Tech in non-IIT colleges, then I suggest students opt for Walchand, Sangli.

Dissatisfied by the unreasonably high fees, good and resourceful conventional and digital library.

Placements: The highest package from Civil branch was of 15Lpa. Which was also the highest in the college last year. BPCL Worley, ACC are some of the notable Civil engineering companies that visit our college for recruitment. Civil engineering laboratories are well-equipped though not well maintained.

This college is not good for placements, but you can enjoy life.

Placements: Very less companies visit this college for placement purpose, and only computer and IT students get placed. Our college does not train students efficiently. Facilities provided to students are not sufficient because students have to learn all the things needed to get placed.

Overall, it's a good government college for mechanical engineering and has a good hostel and mess.

Placements: In our mechanical branch, the placements are average, and the placements in core companies are very low. Most of the students got placed in IT companies. The highest salary package offered in 2018 was 18 LPA in a PSU, and apart from that, such high salary packages were not offered. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA for mechanical engineering. Students tried to get internships in good companies with their own efforts. I think our college is less involved in this.

Tech fest is organised good in our college every year.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students are placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top roles were offered to the students of software engineering. Almost 5% of the students got an internship. Placements were not good in our year. The TPO coordinator didn't give that much attention. Wipro and Jade Global were the top recruiters of our college.

A good autonomous govt college with poor and underdeveloped campus, disconnected from the industry.

Placements: No one is placed in companies yet. Lodha is top recruiter for core companies. For core companies, mostly site engineer role is offered. No one has GOT any internship from our batch. Thanks. No companies come in our campus for recruiting interns. Plus, internshala had very less number of for civil engineering internships.

The college is good only for sincere students.

The highest recompense package offered is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. Cummins Siemon, Principal, etc., are the recruiting companies. On average, 30% of the students get an internship opportunity.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: Almost 7-8 students were placed from the previous pass out batch 2019. The average salary package offered was ranged between 3-4.5 LPA. Some companies are Lodha, Torrent Power, etc. The highest salary package offered in our course was 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was ranged between 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Only 2 students got internships from our batch.

The only good thing about this college is it is a government college. Placement record is very poor.

Placements: Though there are good placements in IT and mechanical, civil has fewer students placed. Only 5-6 students from civil engineering get placed in core companies. The core companies are very less. The students have to go to pool campus. The average package is 3.5 lacs per annum.

Good college for Knowledge.

Placements: There is no huge placement for ME Structural Engineering course in this college. Also, there are some construction companies are available which take interest to hire the students from this college. Some of them are like StructwellL, SP Constructions, L&T, etc. The average package offered is 4-6 LPA. Approximately, 30% to 40% of the students gets placed per year. But this year, they conducted a big hub of HRs from different reputed companies, so there is a chance of getting more placement next y...

Satisfied with the placement records in 2016. Good infrastructure but dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements for the mechanical and the civil branch are good. The average package offered is around 5.6 lacs. IT branch has been ranked third after mechanical and civil. Companies like TCS offered good packages. As the college has been autonomous from the last two years, in the future, placement record will get better. The lowest package is 2.8 lacs from the mechanical branch. Until now, internship is not available but they have been making efforts since the last year. ...

They only want marks & attendance. They do not let us participate other extracurricular activities

Placements: The placement record of college is getting really bad day by day As Cognizant stopped picking students, but other companies are responding well. Nearly 60 to 70% students definitely get a job somewhere and the college is trying really hard to improve. They have appointed Globerena for improving communication skills of the student. But the college is taking academics very seriously and lagging in other extracurricular activities.

Good college with average placements.

Placements: The placement scenario for our batch(2016) was decent. Over 80% students got placed in companies like Wipro, Cognizant, L&T Infotech, etc. You can expect an average salary of 3-4 lakhs but most of the companies which visit are IT companies and the chances of getting a core company is very less. The placement scenario vary each year.

Better study hard and get into some other colleges.

Placements: The placements of GCEK is the worst part of this college as the college seems to rank top 10 among the colleges in Maharashtra. The average package offered here is about 3-3.5 LPA. I think that being a topmost college in Maharashtra, if the average package would be around 5-6 LPA then it would be better and also the students would have a curiosity to study in this college and try to get good packages.
