Government Engineering College Vaishali Genuine Review.
Placements: My college is situated in Phulpura Vaishali. There are different types of courses offered by college like B.Teach in electrical, civil, mechanical, computer Science, iot, electronics and communication. Frankly speaking the placement ratio is not too high of the college but the companies came here and choose the write candidate through proper selection process, till now the maximum package allot was 12,13 Lacs per annum and average package is 4 to 5 Lacs per annum. For the internship opportunities the college never said no to any such things the faculty and management always pushes students for there best decision there is a proper method of applying to it you have to consult with principle and brief your internship programme then he gave you a NOC and you are free to take offline or online internship through any good platform.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is actually good there is proper space for every thing like a proper good environment for library, a proper ground for outdoor games, a good canteen, all the classes are designed in the way you don't feel bored or anything disturbing. Library has all types of books for each semester and each branch. Labs have all equipment and there is hostel for both girls and boys and have mess which also provide good food.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful nature and actually well qualified they help in your lab experiments, any other project. They took classes on time and if any teacher is absent then he/she arrange a faculty for you. Exams are always conducted in well method and they don't believe in giving any benefits to any student. Curriculum is perfectly designed which is not too hard or nor too easy.
Other: I selected Electrical Engineering in this college and it's the best experience ever in my life and the memories will always in my mind. The events are so enjoyable specially EXTRAVAGANZA, annual sports (TARANG), etc. You can apply for scholarship like PMS but there is no any specific scheme. The most the nearest railway station is Chaksikandar, also most the nearest market is Chaksikandar. Hajipur is 15 km away from college, and Patna is 38 km which give companies ease to take placement drives. The campus is surrounded by so many villages.

The placement scenario at this college is quite promising, with a significant number of students being placed in reputable companies every year. The average package offered by the college is 4 LPA, and the highest package in the last academic session was 9 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The campus of this college is one of the best in Bihar, featuring ample greenery, well-constructed buildings, and excellent infrastructure. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls, equipped with modern facilities and more.
Faculty: The faculty at this college is well-qualified and holds BPSC qualifications. They excel in their respective fields and maintain a positive relationship with students. College is good for middle class family and the package is relatively low.
Placements: In every batch, 60% of students have secured placements, with the highest package being around 15 LPA and the lowest at 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies include HCL and Infosys. Additionally, 50% of students are currently undertaking internships in various companies, with or without stipend. The most sought-after role among graduates is that of a manager.
Infrastructure: The arrangement is commendable as it includes individual classrooms for each branch and semester. Additionally, there are numerous laboratory rooms available, along with a spacious library where you can borrow up to four books simultaneously without any charge. Moreover, the hostel facilities are of superior quality.
Faculty: The instructors are extremely supportive and highly qualified. Every assistant professor is required to have completed an M.Tech. degree and successfully passed the BPSC lecturer examination before joining the college. The curriculum is on par with that of the leading NITs and IITs. While the semester exams may be challenging, the passing CGPA remains at a high standard of 10 throughout the academic year.

College is in the development phase right now!
Placements: If you are taking admission here then expect only a degree here in the relevant course. Don't expect placement here. We don't have our campus and our college classes are going at Government Polytechnic, Vaishali. The students of the technical branch of our college may be placed in the coming year we do not expect placements for the non-technical branch of our college.
Infrastructure: There is no fracture. Yes, I'm serious. Our campus is not available. Our classes are currently running on the Polytechnic campus. The new campus is taking too much time to build. The first two batches are about to graduate from our college. The 2020-2024 batch is also not expecting the new campus.
Faculty: I developed an app named Aku Adda for Bihar Engineering students (available on the Google Play Store) & most of the faculty appreciated me our respected Principal sir also called me for this and gave me a lot of appreciation for my future. To be honest some faculty members are very cooperative but classes are not going well.

Lacks in advancement and high josh among local folks.
Placements: It will have its first placement drive in year 2022. Library is there in temporary campus also and will be in new campus to. Hostel facility is available in new campus although building under construction. Different clubs are there in college incl photography, sports, dance and other fests.

Newly established campus. Infrastructure development is progressing very fast.
Placements: The first batch of CSE (IoT) has started in 2023 at GEC Vaishali College, so there is currently no placement data available for this branch. The highest and lowest package data is also unavailable. Since this is a new course, the training and placement cell is working hard to establish collaborations with top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of the academic building are better than those of other government engineering colleges in Bihar. The average Wi-Fi speed is decent but is expected to improve within two months. The college features big, clean classrooms and washrooms, along with a well-equipped central library with AC facilities. All labs for different branches are available. There is one boys' hostel, one girls' hostel, and one faculty hostel, with a total capacity of 300 students, including both boys and girls. The mess food quality is very good, and a canteen is also available. Additionally, there are medical facilities and a large sports ground accommodating various games, including both outdoor and indoor sports. The college hosts an annual fest where students participate in sports like cricket, chess, badminton, volleyball, kabaddi, carrom, as well as reel and short movie competitions and science presentations. Cultural programs are also celebrated.
Faculty: The faculty and heads of departments are supportive and come from IITs and NITs, teaching course-relevant material. All faculty members are dedicated to making students industry-ready and share the skills that are in demand. There is a 35% passing criteria in each paper, and the difficulty level of exams is moderate.
Other: My course is CS (IoT), which relates to all things that can be operated by the internet. I want to pursue this course for innovation and development. The college celebrates an annual fest, and sports competitions with other colleges will also be held. There is also a lot of scholarship awareness for total course fee refunds, including admission fees, development fees, exam fees, etc.
