Review of a typical government college.

Placements: Everyone who passes their 4th year gets the opportunity to do their year-long internship at the local government hospital and is given a stipend of 22,000, approximately per month. Once you complete the degree, the job placement is not very hard to get, and the salary is good as well. The average package ranges from 70,000 per month to 1,00,000 per month. So there is huge scope for getting a job after the completion of this course.

Review of Government Medical College, Barmer.

Placements: We are the pioneer batch of our college. Now I am in my final year. There is no passout batch, so there is no placement data. In the medical field, an undergraduate degree has very little value. The main thing required for placements is your postgraduate degree from which college in which specialty. The average salary is Rs. 100000 to 250000 per mont...

The college has good faculty members and is the best place for clinical practise.

Placements: The top role offered in our course is clinical practice. We have regular clinical postings in various departments and regularly see patients who play a key role in our course for becoming more successful doctors. Clinical practice and regular posting are the strength of our profession.

Not the worst choice but t also not the best!

Placements: In our college GOC Barmer, the first batch is still in its internship process, so there is no passout batch. It's a government MBBS college so placement is totally based on your merit and if you want to get a good branch, you will need to go in further exams.
