Good college but lacks in infrastructure.
Placements: GMC NIZAMABAD was started in 2013 with a first batch of 100 students. By 2018, the college had a maximum intake of 100 students per batch. Now, our college allots 120 students each year to pursue the MBBS undergraduate course. There are no company recruitments in this course, but upon completion, you can get a job in any public or private hospital. The duration of this course is 5.5 years, with 4.5 years of learning and a mandatory one-year internship at GGH Nizamabad.
Infrastructure: This college is spread over 25 acres in the center of town. It has easy access to a government general hospital, which is rare for a medical college. The college has separate blocks for academics and administration. It has four classrooms with air conditioning, which is a good thing. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, as well as separate blocks for UG and PG students. However, the hostels have poor infrastructure, especially in the girls' hostel, where there is no proper sanitation or hygienic toilets. The rooms are congested and the food quality is poor. The library has no Wi-Fi, insufficient chairs and tables, and outdated textbooks from a limited number of authors.
Faculty: This college has good academics, with a pass percentage of 95-100 percent every year. There are 19 subjects in the course, and each subject has its own department. Each department has a HOD, associate professor, assistant professors, and tutors. The teaching is quite good, and all the professors are qualified and well experienced. Every year, two internal exams are conducted, along with one prefinal examination.
Other: I chose this course because it is a service-oriented course that aims to serve society. The best part of the course is that you can interact with patients from your second year. You are allowed to monitor patients and observe surgeries performed on patients. This is a great place to learn medicine. However, the college lacks a playground, and its maintenance is poor. Every year our college conducts the Freshers Party, Gratitude Party, and Elixir, which are the main cultural events in this college. Separate religious events are also celebrated every year.

It is worth it to become a good doctor.
Placements: The internship phase is very crucial as there were a lot of patients and very good exposure to many cases, which yielded many PG seats.
Infrastructure: As the college was established in 2013, labs, classrooms, a library, and hostels were built with new advancements. There is no free Wi-Fi provided. There is also an e-library which helps us solve many doubts. Hostels are well-equipped. The classes will be in the lecture halls, which are air-conditioned and spacious. The labs like anatomy are provided with cadavers, and other labs are also very well-equipped. Our college is also equipped with good sports grounds and we participate in inters.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and well experienced. The quality of teaching is conceptually and practically oriented. Every teacher is assigned a set of duties, and care is taken of every student. Regular counselling sessions are followed. Semester exams are conducted regularly. Strict regulations will be followed for the welfare of students. The pass percentage is above 95%.
Other: Our college is the third-most medical college in Telangana. Our college runs to the norms of the government, where the fees will be Rs. 20,000 per year with extra charges for hostel and mess. There will also be scholarships provided for some students. Every year, the college conducts Freshers', Fest, Gratitude, Convocation, Teacher's Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, Doctor's Day, etc.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure and faculty, lacks basic facilities.
Placements: This college started in 2013. Currently, there are 120 students per batch, but from 2013 to 2018, there were only 100 students per batch. I belong to the 2022 batch. There is no package for this course. Upon completing this course, you must do a one-year internship at the hospital during which you will receive a stipend of 25,000 per month. After completing the internship, you should appear for the NEET PG entrance exam to pursue your Masters.
Infrastructure: The campus covers 25 acres and houses 10 departments and their respective labs, while the rest of the departments are located in the hospital. The campus has 4 lecture halls for teaching. It also has a library with all the books related to the course. Wi-Fi is not available on this campus. There are separate hostels for girls and boys, but there is poor sanitation in the hostels, and the mess is not good. The campus also lacks a canteen.
Faculty: Para-clinical subjects like anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry lack lecturers. Teaching is based on the CBME curriculum. Every year, the college conducts 2 internal examinations and one pre-final exam, after which you have to appear for the final university examination. Every year, the pass percentage ranges from 95-100%.
Other: This course is service-oriented, aimed at serving society. However, this college lacks a basic playground, no sports equipment is provided, and there is no social life on campus. Regarding events, every year our college holds ELIXIR, the core cultural event. Other smaller events like the fresher's party and gratitude party are also conducted. Scholarships are provided to eligible students and are given annually.

Amazing college life with good teachers and friends.
Placements: In my course there are 500 students minimum per college. The highest package is above 1cr and lower is around 400000 per annum. There are no companies it's based on individual capabilities. This is a government college and hospital so every intern must work here for salary. General Physician and superintendent roles are offered .
Infrastructure: Hostel is good, there is two in each room in a bigger one and one for one small room. Each department has separate library and demo rooms and labs. Each course year has separate lecture rooms. There's a central library and Wi-Fi facility in every department. Classroom has projectors.
Faculty: Teachers are so good and everyone is from medical background that is they will either be a MBBS and MD or doctorates in specific subjects. All curriculum is given by the University respective exam dates and all the timetables and postings are given the University. Exams are very difficult and pass percentages are high in finals but in internals they're low .
Other: More job opportunities and it's a human service. We can improve food. Fest and freshers and many other events will be held every year and student scholarship is available.

No one cares about your studies. You should study on your own and opt for postings regularly.
Placements: There is a 100% pass percentage from the last 4 years. After completing the course, there will be a one-year mandatory internship to learn basic clinical skills. Clinical skills are given more importance. The stipend of Rs. 21,000 per month is given for a one-year internship in a government hospital linked to the college.
Infrastructure: The food served here is not good. Buy cookware sets and cook are the best options. Facilities are average here. The library is average, and you can't expect high in Nizamabad. All departments are strict, and you must attend classes regularly and get doubts solved. Hostel rooms are shared by 3 students. You can get Wi-Fi.
Faculty: All teachers here are extraordinarily talented. They helped in every semester. The subject is very vast and cannot be completed in time. Teachers have very poor teaching skills, and we can't understand and correlate sometimes. Self-reading is best. Every student can get a Marrow subscription for detailed information.

The college is absolutely fine till now in all the aspects like discipline, studies, etc.
Placements: Our college offers an internship program at Government General Hospital, Nizamabad, for 1 year after completion of the course. Each and every student who passed the fourth-year final exams will get an internship program for 1 year with a monthly stipend of 25,000 to 30,000. Since our hospital has more OPs per day, the scope of gaining knowledge and practicing is high. Each and every department will be coved and posted by the interns for 1 year to know about each and every department.
Infrastructure: The campus is absolutely fine, with greenery everywhere. Our college has well-differentiated departments and huge lecture halls, which can accommodate almost 500 to 800 people at a time. Classes were taught with the help of projectors using PPTs. Along with these curricular activities, our college excels in extracurricular activities as well, which includes conducting awareness programs, making charts and pamphlets, etc. during respective weeks, like in recently happened pharmacovigilance week, forensic week, etc.
Faculty: The faculty in our college is super cool. Professors and assistant professors around us are super talented who have completed their MBBS course and did their Masters in their respective departments. Some of our professors did their Masters and taken doctorates for internationally recognized universities. Coming to exams, the student has to write around 3 to 5 exams before they appear to the final examination. And the exam analysis was done absolutely strictly by the professionals.
Other: Every year, a fest of 7 to 9 days will be held under the name of ELIXIR, where each and every student of every batch comes together and shares their happiness, enjoyment, etc.
