Review of Government Medical College, Ratlam.
Placements: The batch comprises of 180 students and course if of 4.5 years and 1 year of mandatory internship. Each year has different subjects, like in 2nd year there is pharmacology microbiology and pathology. All the departments have professors and PGs too. PGs help in facilitating the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice and built in 2018. There is a library, hostel, sports ground, academic blocks and hospital too in the campus. The library have wifi facilities with AC. There are also cycle and scooter stands for bikes and proper water supply throughout the campus.
Faculty: The curriculum for each year is dependent on attendance and internal exams criteria. The cut off for attendance is 75% for theory and 80% for practicals. And we have to pass at atleast two internal exams to appear in final university examinations. There are 1st and 2nd sessional and pre-university exams.
Other: I had chosen MBBS because I was passionate about medical field and there are several events that took place in GMCC Ratlam, like fests and cultural events

Absolutely satisfied with the academics and hostels.
Placements: In our college per year, 180 students got admission to our college for the MBBS course. Students who passed four and a half years of MBBS will be eligible for an internship and get a 13,400 stipend. Interns have to do duty in government hospitals, and they are paid by the government.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our hostel and college is very good. There are sufficient classrooms to accommodate 180 students. Library facilities are also provided by the college, where we can read different books and also issue books for 10 days. The food quality in the mess is good.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty members are very helpful. They conduct tutorials every week after topic completion in class where we can ask our doubts. The practical session was also helpful for us. And there is sufficient time between intra-college exams so that we can prepare for other exams.
Other: Our stipend can be increased. Many extracurricular activities happened like quiz, festivals, etc.

Virtual tour of the college.
Placements: About 180 students are there in every batch. The internship is stipend around 13,000. When we clarify the need for a PG exam, we are able to get admission in PG post-graduation in various colleges all over the world. All over India, the top roles we got were like saving a person.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good and enough and the infrastructure of the college is very good. Wi-Fi is available in the library and respective labs are there regarding to their respective departments, like pathology and physiology. In physiology, we have hematology lab and a clinical lab and classrooms are very well mannered and library is like the very standard quality of the facilities I got in the hostel. A little bit of medium in rating the quality of the food is to average. There are about 223 canteens and all medical facilities, as it is also a medical college.
Faculty: As a teacher, they are very helpful and qualified, and they have knowledge about various aspects of the course. The teaching quality is very good, as they are very vast in the knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant as it helps us in both practical under the approach and yes, it is making the instruments very ready for the future generation. The difficulty of the semester exams is sometimes difficult and sometimes medium percentage; it is over 50%.
Other: As I have passion to do MBBS and I am dedicatedly working for it, we can better or improve the course by sorting the syllabus, as the MBBS syllabus is very vast and we have to read various types of books, and like a hundred thousand pages are there in every book, or it may be more than that. Events that happen on campus are like the best every year, and recently Ganesh Chaturthi and extracurricular activities are there.

Home away from home which you'll always cherish .
Placements: We do not have any placements in MBBS but rather, it's internship which starts after the final program of MBBS ends and continues for a year
It is a compulsory step for all students and will teach you the real-life aspects of your course
My internship will start from the Next year .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with all the technical facilities. The library is huge, remains open all day and night, and has all the books you need. The hostel is also good, with food available in the mess, which is average. There is a gym and an indoor sports room on our campus, as well as grounds for other outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly here. They have a lot of knowledge and will teach you the things that only a teacher can teach. The curriculum is more practical-oriented, which makes us ready to deal with patients in the near future. The exams are a bit hectic, but it's all worth it in the end when you see your result.
Other: I always wanted to become a doctor and save lives
The best thing about the course is seeing people smile when we discharge them or when they come back, saying that I have gotten rid of my problem . We had one festival till now named ADRENO, which was a last
The college is a bit outside of the city but surrounded by nature
I avail the post-matric scholarship available for OBC students .

Good infrastructure and faculty members, but the environment is quite conservative.
Placements: After giving the NEET exam, if you qualify for the cutoff at this college, you will get into it. Each batch consists of 180 students. After completing MBBS, all students have to do an internship at this college. The roles offered at my college are MBBS nursing and post-graduation.
Infrastructure: As it is a government college established in 2018, its infrastructure is top-notch: AC and projectors are available in each lecture hall; a library and sports field for basketball and badminton are also available; and a mess and canteen are present in each hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, as they all have postgraduate degrees in their respective subjects, but as you know, you have to study by yourself in MBBS semester exams, which are quite difficult. The pass percentage is 50 percent. Their teaching quality is average, but their knowledge is very good.
Other: I chose this course because it has been my dream to become a doctor since childhood. The best thing is our clinical postings, where we get actual exposure. Events and festivals occur annually, and the campus crowd is decent.

It is an average college.
Placements: I am currently in a medical college doing an MBBS in my 3rd year. We have a batch of 180 students, as there are only 180 government seats in this college. There is no package rule here, but we need to do an internship in the hospital, and we get paid 12000 rs per year, as it is the same for all government colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
Infrastructure: The girls' hostel is very good; we have single rooms provided in this college only, so it is very good for us. Our college is very good as it is a new college, so the building is fresh. We have a library, smart classrooms, a mess canteen, and all types of sports facilities, including a gym.
Faculty: Here, teachers are not very good, as they don't teach much in class and are not cooperative with us. But I think it is the same for all colleges. They need too much respect, and they don't give us holidays, and there are no programs; only studies are there.
