Good environment for study. Easy to locate and excellent faculty. Good infrastructure and building.
Placements: Approximately 20% students were placed in my course. The highest package was 2.4 LPA, average was 1.8 LPA and the lowest was 1 LPA. MOTHERSON AUTOMOBILE PVT LTD, etc. visited here for recruitment. About 50% students got internship from my course. Top role offered is of Diploma Trainee engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available was good. All the campus was connected with Free Wi-Fi. Lab facilities were not so good. Well managed, neat, clean and a separate hostel was available for all year's students. Mess was also not bad. Sports were available like cricket, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: The teachers were very kind and helpful. Approximately 80% teachers were GATE qualified and some were guest lecturers. The course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry ready because the lab facility were good. Moderate to hard level of semester exams were there.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Some events like Farewell, Annual games, etc., are conducted. the connectivity is good. Scholarships are also provided.

Review of Government Polytechnic, Bahraich.
Placements: Above 50% of students got placed in private companies with good salary packages. Many companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services, Jawa Motorcycle, etc., visit our college. Students who passed their exams got average placements.
Infrastructure: We have a very neat campus. The mess provides average food. The infrastructure of our college is good. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are very high-tech. The library has new books. There is no canteen in our college. Our college does not provide medical facilities.
Faculty: All teachers are government employees. They have very high teaching experience. The semester exams are not easy for students who don't pay attention in the classroom. Our teachers conduct classes daily.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a mechanical engineer.

Got disappointed by our TPO.
Placements: Not a single chemical company came for placement this year; only Krishna Maruti came for placement, which makes car seats for the mechanical department. This drops your confidence in why you chose chemical engineering. Our TPO doesn't have any contact with the HR team of companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is so bad that it makes students ill. The hygiene is not proper, and the space is so poor that it causes your internal organs to become defective; many students suffer from these things. There are two hostels; one is good and the other is in bad condition. The hostel is allocated for only one year.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and exams are conducted in a safe mode. Students are given papers honestly, but a few students cheat and are caught by teachers. Every student is monitored by CCTV cameras and by the examiners. The most difficult semester is the 4th, where Mass Transfer Operations, CRE, and Heat Transfer Operations are taught.
Other: The world is run through various industries, but chemicals play a major role in it.

Review of Government Polytechnic, Bahraich
Placements: There are no guaranteed placements available for passing students in any company directly. Students go to companies and give their interviews with their own effort. And even if any student gets the job, it will be on a contract basis. Not even a single student got a job from the company side.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the facilities provided in the college are not good and it's very poor.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very poor and I am very disappointed with them. Because they are not well qualified. The management wants to improve education but most of the faculty members are apathetic about it.

It is a good Polytechnic college.
Placements: Approximately 30% of the students were given placements but the placements received were not good. Government Polytechnic Bahraich college is a good college but I think, the placements aren't good here and if you are capable enough then you can get good job opportunities outside the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for this course/department are very nice and I am satisfied. The campus is also good enough and the surroundings of the campus are really satisfying. The hostel is up to the mark.
Faculty: The faculty needs to be improved and there is a scope of improvement in the teacher's teaching quality as well. The exam curriculum is the best and no student is given priority on the basis of their relationship with the teacher.
