Satisfied with education facilities and teachers.
Placements: Approximately 80% students get job easily in my course electrical is one of the main branch. The lowest package after Polytechnic is 2.4 Lacs and it could be as high as 10-12 Lacs it depends on skill level and knowledge. Tata motors, tvs, etc., are some of the companies which hire skilled students. Top roles are like electrical system management, fault repairing and improvement in fault prone zone.
Infrastructure: All labs and library are well maintained and cleaned regularly and teachers offen take students to the labs everyone is free to use computer lab and library for study purpose. Government Wi-fi facility is available just needs a minute to register for wi-fi. Hostel facilities aren't good enough because of old building but they have good space and each room is given to 2 people atleast you need a 5 min walk to reach canteen which is named annapurna, sports and games offen held at our college in every 3-4 months.
Faculty: Teachers have great knowledge to share with students they try to complete the course twice before exams even after that you get enough time to revise yourself. In Electrical course every thing about distribution system and industrial machines are taught and a little bit about electronics, chip programming is also taught. Semester aren't hard to pass regular study can easily get you above 80% marks about 70% students pass and rest get backs in 1-2 subject. Examination are conducted after next semester.
Other: I had my interests in electrical and electronics circuits and after 12th my fath too sugg me to do Diploma as per my interest. The best thing abo this course is that you get the knowledge and logic behind most of the appliances and circuit designs. We also get the knowledge about power generation grid sub-stations and sub-stations. Teachers take us for field trips recently we visited electric traction power station at bhagat ki kothi and 400kv gss at kakani, Jodhpur. I wish we had more field trips like that. And removing microcont 8051 subject. We regularly have talk show from companies and successful people.

Reality of GPC Jodhpur by a student.
Placements: 80-90% students were placed from my course. The highest package in my college is 10 LPA and the average package is 3 lakh per annum. Top companies like jcb, tech mahindra, L&T and many others visit the campus. 40-50% students get internship from my course in core related companies. Junior engineer, designated engineer trainee, etc. are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: All the departments have inbuilt Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are well-equipped and the library is very good. Hostel fees is minimal. Mess food is too good. Medical facilities are very good. Sports activities are very nice in our college. Teams go to play at national level.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. All the teachers are M.Tech and Ph.D. qualified. Their teaching methods are very unique. The course is very knowledgeable. Students become ready to work in the industry. The semester exams are very. The pass percentage is 95.

GPC Jodhpur is a good study center for technical students.
Placements: By the way, 60 to 70% of students got placed easily in our college. The annual packages offered are not disclosed, but it remains between 1.5-3 LPA. Although there are lots of companies, Ashok Leyland remains at the forefront.
Infrastructure: Our college has hostel facilities, and the rooms are easily available. Each room is allotted for 2 children. There is a canteen in the college, but nothing is available except tea, but the canteen of Jodhpur Municipal Corporation built in the neighborhood is good. The food in the hostel is not good at all. Cameras are installed in the classrooms. Sports are held here.
Faculty: The teachers are mostly good here, and all the classes are also conducted. In our workshop, we were given a lot of help by the teachers. We were taught a lot more than work. Exams are held semester-wise, and 3 mid-terms are also conducted every semester. More than 75% of students passed the exams.
Other: The teachers are mostly good. There is a shortage of resources like in labs and workshops. The library needs to be modernized.

Review of Government Polytechnic College, Jodhpur.
Placements: Above 50% of the students got placed in different companies from here. The highest salary offered was Rs. 80,000 per month in L&T. I got an average salary of Rs. 35,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 18,000 per month in Maruti. Many companies like L&T, Yamaha, Maruti, Honda, local companies and JCB tractor companies visit here for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college made a contract with Jio, which offers students almost 35 MB of data day. There are many labs like a carpentry shop, welding shop, CNC shop, etc. There are 3 classrooms and one library for the entire college. There is no mess or canteen in boys' hostel, and hostel rooms are like storerooms. I have seen in my 3 years that there is no medical room or facilities in our college. However, sports, games and NCC are good in our college.
Faculty: All the teachers here are well educated and very helpful, and technicians are also helpful. They are good at interacting, and teachers also give solutions for the doubts of students like RPM sir, Rakecha sir, Manju madam, etc. As I know, polytechnic colleges are for hands-on training, but we got only bookish knowledge and nothing else.
Other: My batch was of 2017-2020, and I was studied mechanical engineering. I love mechanics and physics, so I chose this course. The best thing about our course is the teachers who provided lots of help. I think our college could improve the labs, shops and campus environment. All activities are conducted, and there are all courses. Scholarships are available here.
