Placements: GP Dhanbad has been known for placing 80% of civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and metallurgy engineering students, except for the computer science and engineering branch. All other branch students who are placed have got better packages of 200,000.

Placements: In my course, about 40% of students get placed easily. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA this year, and the highest is 4 LPA. Many students do not take jobs; they go for further studies like B.Tech. Top recruiting companies are Jindal Steel & Power, Usha Martin, Electrosteel Steel Limited, etc. Very few people get a chance for internships, but in our curriculum, it is mandatory to do one internship.

Placements: Government Polytechnic Dhanbad is ranked 2nd in terms of placements. It places 75% of students from the metallurgy, electrical, and mechanical branches, except for CS and Civil. The salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. CEAT Tyres, TATA Steel, and Hindalco are a few of the companies that hire students from our college.

Placements: Our college in CSE has no placements, but placements in other branches are good. Government Polytechnic Dhanbad provides high placement opportunities for the Metallurgy branch, followed by Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil branches. Computer Science Engineering students, however, do not get any opportunities.

Placements: Around 50-60% of students got placed among every faculty member, and every student has the opportunity to participate in an internship program. The highest salary package offered is around 8 LPA - 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Tata and Infosys visit the college. The role offered in our course is a software engineer.

Placements: I am in the 5th semester, and no companies have come to our college till now, but in the future or the next month, I heard that two big companies are going to visit our college which includes TCS and Infosys. I am sure that these companies select around 10-12 students out of 30. Placements are good in our college. Our teachers are good.

Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed every year from our college in Tata Steel, L&T, TCS, and Wipro. Training and placement cell is very informative.

Placements: 30% of students placed in our branch. Package offered in our college is 19 thousands approximately in Months. L&T company came here. Placed students are happy and college teacher also happy for their placements in our college. Top recruiting company came here.

Placements: Overall, the placements are slightly better than any other government institute in Jharkhand, except for Adityapur. Some prominent companies related to mining and metallurgy, like JSW Steel, Jindal Steel and Power, and TATA Steel, came here during my 5th-semester. The highest package goes upto 14 LPA and the lowest was 3.5 lakh per year. Companies like CIL, ECL, CCL, etc. come for recruitment. About 95% students got internship in ECL and CCL.
