Worth the money; fully satisfied.
Placements: This college doesn't have that much placements. But specific to EnTC at the time of our branch Bajaj and a Chennai-based company came for Diploma students hiring with a package of 11k/months-21k/months salary.
And generally majority students go for higher education .
Infrastructure: GPY does have a good facility of both boys and girls hostel and good food facility. They also conduct various cultural events like hostel day, freshers party, Garba, Devi, and all. Distance from college to the hostel is of just 5 minutes. The college has a big ground.
Faculty: Specific to EnTC, they have a good number of faculty members for teaching who are very supportive and understanding. They give attention to all students, and mostly cover all the syllabus in detail. Good laboratory facilities are also available with all instruments and computers having all required software installed.
Exams aren't that difficult.

It is one of the oldest and most prestigious polytechnique colleges in the Vidarbha.
Placements: Placements were not that good as most of the students here try to get into UG course after they pass out the companies that visit here were mostly for a mechanical and electrical branch, not a computer and other branches and the ratio of getting placed was very low as it was a diploma course. The average salary package offered ranges from 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered varies between 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus was big and has plenty of space for each department, but most of the buildings were old except for the computer and electrical building. Wi-Fi was not available, students can only get access to Wi-Fi inside the laboratory. It provides a huge library and plenty of books were available, and there was no canteen on the premises.
Faculty: Due to covid, most lectures were held online as well as exams for the current batch of students before that students had strict regulations to attend lectures and practicals. Exam pattern was semester wise, and there were two unit tests in each semester and final semester exam held by MSBTE.
Other: As a computer engineering student, I gain a lot of knowledge in programming from here because of some great teachers there.

Good college for middle-class families.
Placements: Out of 65 students, 10-15 students get placed since the majority of students are not interested in placement because they continue for B.E. Other students start to find placement after that. The average package provided to students is about 1 to 2 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided to students are good, such as free Wi-Fi, but they are turned off most of the time. A library is provided, but the assistant is absent many times. Labs are provided with limited equipment. The food provided in the mess is good compared to the messes in other cities.
Faculty: The faculty, especially in the electrical department, are highly qualified, but the teaching methods they use are not applicable for diploma-level students. The course syllabus taught is very outdated and cannot be implemented in the industry.

it is one of the best colleges for diploma in mechanical engineering.
Placements: Around 70% of the batch of students of mechanical engineering were offered jobs by Bajaj Auto. As DTE appreciate of 2020 passed out batch, whoever attended the interview got cleared. However, not everyone joined Bajaj Plant. The highest salary offered was Rs. 11,000 with an apprenticeship. The top recruiting company was Bajaj Auto. Every student got an internship in this college from our batch as it was mandatory in the 4th semester. Our college also offers skills development and a syllabus of MSBTE.
Infrastructure: Government Polytechnic Yavatmal has good laboratories and classrooms with the best library which is updated from time to time. It has different boys and girls hostels which are excellent. Mess facility is available. A single room is to be shared by 2-3 students. Workshops are furnished with engineering tools and machines better helping in gaining knowledge regarding workshop practices as per the syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
Faculty: Our college has excellent teaching staff with professors holding Ph.D. degrees. Permanent professors give their best to teach students. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready.
Other: I opted for a mechanical engineering course in this college because it is affordable and better than many other private colleges in the essence of placement. Many students from other engineering colleges invite students from this college for or extracurricular activities and tech fest. This college conducts an annual function every year and Sports too. Scholarships are provided as per Maha DBT.

There are many facilities in my college and good placements.
Placements: 95% of students were placed in my course. Top recruiting companies are ulhas and skylife. 80% of students got internship in our college.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, a classroom, good quality canteen and a library. Sports and medical facilities are available. In my college, a big library is there. We always go there and read books daily.
Faculty: In my college, teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They always help me. Many teachers motivate the students and inspire us as well.
Other: I chose electrical engineering course because I think this course is reliable for me. In my college, scholarships are provided to the students.
