Don't come here if you don't want to succeed.

Placements: Once your final year is done, there is one year of internship for which we get a stipend, and after that, it's up to you to choose whether to continue studying or to get placed in a company. In further education, the better option is to give PG exam through which you can get a seat according to your rank and interest. This year, the topper of UPSC exam in Maharashtra (AIR-20) is from our college only.

I am impressed by my college. Very good faculty. It is a place that I love after my home.

Placements: Actually, it's a medical college, so there are no placements here. After completing the degree, we must do the internship in any government medical college. The government offered Rs. 7,000 per month as a stipend, while completing the internship. After the internship, there is MO ship in rural areas. For that, the government offers a stipend of Rs. 55,000. After that, you can complete your PG and get the job or start your own hospital.

Really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Grant Medical College is very good. The number of students eligible for post-graduation is exponentially increasing. Our college has 200 students for each batch. There are students from Maharashtra and other states also. This college has a very beautiful architecture and infrastructure.

It is the best college in Mumbai for all-around development.

Placements: The college has 100% placement at J J Hospital. All my seniors are in the best position. You can easily join any government medical hospital in Maharashtra. If you want, you can open your private hospital and earn better money. The lowest salary is Rs. 50,000 per month. All the students got an internship at the college.

One of the best Government Medical Colleges in Maharashtra.

Placements: Firstly, there is no need for placements for us in the college as it is a medical college. We will be appointed as a doctor in our government hospital. Even the student who studies here is appointed as M.O (Medical officer) in the nearby villages. Or else, you can start practice on your own.

GMC-JJH is a perfect balance between study and life.

Placements: I guess my college is one of the best in Mumbai, getting the highest percentage of 78 in the final year with passing rate of 99%, although the stipend is still less as compared to other colleges in other states. We get 6k monthly which is low for Mumbai. The internship is pretty cool here, although the load is high, the interns are more, with externs, you can study as well.

Unless you want to be a good doctor.

Placements: Well it mostly depends on the PG exams and other entrance exams. But as a doctor they can serve anywhere they want. The result for PG entrance exam is above average and its so satisfying for us. Some students join private classes but some get results with just doing college courses. Practical knowledge is given more importance and so its easy for gmcites to rock wherever they go.

A really good college with nice infrastructure.

Placements: In case of doctors, I think that there are no placements, and companies visiting the college is mostly a tradition of engineering colleges. Every student can do an internship from the college, but it is the student's choice. We can opt for an internship in other colleges as well. Internship in our college is very useful.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college.

Placements: NEET-PG and various other exams are held after MBBS. Every year, approximately 50% of the students get selected in some or the other exam. Even many students opt for the UPSC and MBA. If you don't want to continue studies, you can even work as an RMO or CMO.

One of the best college in India for MBBS and PG students. The college has good facilities and manpower for learning. Being more than 170 years old and huge campus area, this college is as good as anything. All toppers would choose this college for studying MBBS. Good things - Great campus and facilities, better hostels. Bad - Mess/canteens.
