The descriptions of life at GSMC.

Placements: The name of the college is enough for you to get a good job in a hospital with a good salary. Almost all graduates are working, except those who want to study further. The students are well trained to take care of patients right after they graduate and excel at it.

Our college has great sports facilities but faculty members are not good.

Placements: Placements are not available in our college. If we want to get a job, then we can apply for a job or we can also pursue master's degrees. It also provides better job opportunities for students. We also have 6 months of internships, and the stipend is Rs.1,700 per month.

Overall the college is very is very good and reputated and have a very good NIRF ranking.

Placements: Being the top medical college in Maharashtra, there is very high patient load in hospital the students see different variety of patients which is very necessary for medical students. This is best part about this medical college. The patient which comes in the hospital does not come with regular diseases every patient is unique which helps the students to learn new disease and helps in analysis of new upcoming disease.

Best medical college in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Placements: It is the best college in Mumbai so there is no doubt about placement but most people from our college go for PG than trying for placements. All toppers from Maharashtra choose this college as tier first preference so no one would like to settle down for less and always go with what best they can do. Best hospitals have students from KEM Hospital.

Absolutely satisfied with college, really good infrastructure, and very good staff.

Placements: 80-85% of students were placed from my course. The package is around 6-7 Lacs if you're appearing for government hospitals, but it will be more if you go for a private hospital. The internships are provided by the college itself.

The college has top faculty members, the best academics, and super competitive environment.

Placements: GSMC has one of the highest PG selection rates in the country. The college is better known for its academics. PG courses in KEM are truly valuable. It has a humongous patient load due to its top facilities and presence in a Metro city like Mumbai. The doctors here are highly qualified.

As far I have the best exposure and best faculty members for medical courses.

Placements: I passed out in 2019, and there were 40 students in our batch. Our course has just 40 seats, including the reserved seats. It is the number one college for occupational therapy in India and one of the best medical colleges. The highest starting salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is around Rs. 25,000 to 35,000 per month. Top recruiters for our course are various hospitals. You can pursue your masters in this college only and then work here, open various clinics,...

Our college is very nice and has very good teachers. But just I disliked the slow paperwork here.

Placements: Above 60% of the students from our course got placed. Currently, I am studying here, so I don't know exactly about the salary packages offered and placements. I don't have any idea about the top recruiters of our course, but the top roles offered in clinical fields, research, etc.

Placements: Nobody gets placed in a medical college. We just get prepared for further course. And face the world on our own. And as it is one of the best medical college in india students do well in life. Most of the students excel in their fields and some of them even clear government exams.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with infrastructure, but teaching, exposure and placements are good.

Placements: The college provides doesn't provide placement opportunities. However, we can find employment on our own. Almost every one of our batch got a job in a private clinic or hospital. The highest paid ones were Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest paid ones were Rs. 7,000 per month. The post of an assistant physiotherapist was offered to the students. The internship was a mandatory part of the curriculum, so everyone had to do it in the same college. The stipend was as low as Rs. 1,750 per month. It w...

Best medical college in Maharashtra.

Placements: We are doctors, so there is no need for placements. There is already a great demand for doctors. We can get placement wherever we want. There is no problem regarding placement, 100% placement takes place. We are doctors, so there are no companies. Everyone gets a compulsory internship in this college with a stipend of Rs. 6000 for every intern.
