Totally satisfied with my college because of faculty, good library facilities, etc.

Placements: In my course, 60 percent of students are placed in various companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Hexaware, etc. The highest package in our course is 18 LPA. The average is 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. For our course, top recruitment companies are Accenture, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Hexaware, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. Very few students got internship from our courses, like 10 to 20 percent of them. Some of them are got internship in amazon. Roles offered in our course are Java full-stack dev...

Placements: Almost 30% of students placed I am not sure about that. Hexaware, Wipro, HCL. They conduct many events branch-wise. The highest was PALO ALTO 13.0LPA and the lowest was TVS 2.2LPA. They will provide internships for all students.

Good infrastructure and facilities but placement opportunities are hard after coronavirus impact.

Placements: 50% students at present are placed till now. The highest package up to now is 30 LPA, the lowest and average is 3.5 Lacs. Hexaware, cognizant, wipro are the top recruiters in our college. IBM, zemoso, techovert are the companies that offered internship opportunity to us. Web development, machine learning, image processing are top roles in our course.

I am not satisfied with college safety measures on pandemics.

Placements: The lowest salary package offered is 3.8 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Around 80% of students are placed in our course. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra that visit to hire students. The internships are done online mode due to the pandemic in our college.

Our college is very good to pass in semester exams only.

Placements: About 10% of the students got placements for jobs from our college. Every student got an internship in every type of companies. Site engineers are mostly offered roles here. For civil engineering, there are less placements. However, CSE, IT and ECE branches have lots of placements. Our college also increases the placements for other branches.

Satisfied because of the library.

Placements: We haven't got any campus placements till now. I think we will have placements in October. I think 4.5 LPA is the highest package, 2 LPA is the average, and 1 LPA is the lowest packages offered. TCS and Infosys are the IT companies, and a core company called MEIL, come here. We haven't got any internship from our course due to Covid. In spite of this, we got online internships virtually from our management.

Not absolutely satisfied.........

Placements: Sixty percent of students are placed in companies. The highest and the lowest package offered by companies are 60K to 5.0L. No top companies have visited. LCUBE, value labs and more companies have visited. Ninety percent students got internship from our college by Smart Bridge Lets fill the gap between the students company.

Teaching quality is good, but connectivity and placements are not good.

Placements: I thought that placements in our college would have been amazing while joining here. But after entering to final year, I got to know that placements are not good. This college is located in a village, but most of the companies prefer colleges located in cities. The placement cell of the college is the worst. They are not able to train students for placements. They directly start placement training sessions without providing basic knowledge.

If you want only the infrastructure, join this college. Otherwise, do not join.

Placements: Placements provided by the college are low. The worst companies visit the campus for placements, and there are some conditions imposed by the companies including agreement bonds. The salary package offered was 1 LPA to 2 LPA. The management is not interested in providing jobs to students. They are only interested in getting money. The college management does not try to provide jobs to students.

This college can be rated below average because of its location.

Placements: The college offers only a few placement opportunities. The college has a training and placement cell. They do many things for the students, but students make misuse of it. Students with low academic scores will not get the job. The minimum basic knowledge is required to get a job in normal companies.

Review of Gudlavalleru Engineering College.

Placements: According to my knowledge, most of our seniors didn't get jobs through college placements. But, some of them got the best jobs because they have done a project internship in DRDO and some other government research departments. I am also doing an internship in DRDO cair department. Nearly 60% to 75% of the students get better jobs. The average salary offered is above Rs. 20,000 per month. Our college has a placement cell. The staff try their best to bring companies to offer placements to the M.T...

It is just an above average college; not very good.

Placements: The placements are not that good here. Very few students get placed, and many of them don't even get call letters. But college announces all of them as students who got placed. Very few companies visit, and they don't recruit talented students. Placements are just for show in our college. There are no proper placements in Gudlavalleru Engineering College.

Our college is well in terms of education, but worst in terms of nature.

Placements: Most of the placements are provided to ECE students, but mechanical students have very few placements, which is very bad. Civil branch and computer science engineering (CSE) branch students have much better placements, while electrical and electronics engineering (EEE) branch students have less placements.

For MBA, it was just okay, but who want to make their career more worth please choose the other.

Placements: According to the placements, our college was not good as they bring the companies that were very bad in terms of attracting the students and make them get campus placements. But, it was poor performance in the placements.

The college needs to improve the placements, it has a student-friendly atmosphere.

Placements: In our college, the placements are not as good as those in other colleges. Some drives came and offered Rs. 2 lakhs per annum to Rs. 3 lakhs per annum. Every student must complete their internship before 2 to 4 semester. Small companies are conducting the placement drives on the campus. The companies like TCS, etc. are conducting the pool drives so that only a few number of students are going to be placed.

Better college in that region.

Placements: From the recent years, placements are the major concern for graduates from C grade engineering colleges. In GEC, the percentage of pupil placed is getting decreased every academic year. Most of the companies which offer jobs are BPOs. The way placement staff give training to students is not proper in my point of view. The average monthly salary offered by the companies ranges between 10k to 12k per month since most of the companies are BPOs. The management doesn't give proper encouragement regar...

Gudlavalleru Engineering College is the vision of late Sri Vallurupalli Venkata Rama Seshadri Rao, the man behind the college. It was started in the year 1998 by the AANM & VVRSR Educational Society with an intake of 180 students, 40 each in EEE,ECE,and CSE branches and 60 in ME branch.

Infrastructure is very good, with all the basic facilities. One of the best facility provided in the college is College library. The faculty members are supportive and friendly. . Core placements are not so good. But you will find very good placements in software jobs in some of the good companies like TCS, etc.
